We recently hosted a naming ceremony at the banquet, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. The decor, the ambiance, and the arrangements exceeded our expectations. What truly made the event special was the exceptional support we received from Ashish. He was the true hero behind the scenes, handling every detail with care and dedication. Ashish ensured that all our requests were met with a smile and prompt action. He coordinated the staff flawlessly and made sure everything ran on time. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy the event without any stress. Many of our guests complimented the food and the overall experience. We highly recommend this banquet, and especially Ashish, for making our event so memorable!

It's a good hotel located in the prime area. The prices are quite reasonable. The rooms are good. Some good quality work to be taken in the bathroom like filling the soap gel from timl to time. The management can think of toiletries at the time of check in. Some improvement should be done at electric oven since it supply of electricity get off especially in room no 303 and 305 where I and my sister stayed. Overall it's good budget 3 star hotel.

Yesterday we had celebrate Birthday Party at their Natraj Banquet very good ambience Polite staff very good service and offcourse very nice food for all above behind all afford one hand of Mr. Ashish who is a Sr. Manager there. Nice Experience our all guest very much happy

Let me first talk about the booking process which was initially a plus point. On the phone i was booking just for a night and was given a room upgrade without even asking for it. So I initially was really happy with choosing this place. And then i got to the hotel.||Since i was flying in from out of state i requested an early check in which I had received, another plus point. As soon as I stepped into the room provided, it was the worst experience any hotel can give a first time guest.||The room:|Decent sized. Was that the problem? No. This was,|The bathroom smell hit me first, a sewage smell that carried into the entire room and since this hotel does not have any openable windows in of the rooms, we had to sit with that smell for the first half of the morning. And then we checked the bed, wow.|Oily wet stains were on it. No idea what it was, but the stains were present and made it clear that hygiene was not a deliverable service for this hotel. I called up the front office and said to give me a new sheet, which they did. So great right? No.|The new sheet had red stains on it. Blood? Lipstick? Don't know. Don't care to know. It was disgusting. At this point I was tired and fed up since this is not the service we paid for. I went to the front office and told them to send someone to check all this while requesting a new room. The housekeeping manager came and ACCEPTED that all these were a fault of the hotel and overlooked, after which they showed me a new room which was comparatively better and i moved into that room.||Then the NEW ISSUE STARTS.||This hotel also has a hall for events. On the 2nd floor with rooms on the 3rd. When booking I asked specifically if there were any events that day, which at the time they said they did not have, but on check in they said that they did have an event but assured me that the music ends by 11 due to the state laws regarding sound. I EXPLICITLY asked if any of the music or sound can be heard from the room which they said "oh nothing can be heard it's very quiet."||What they FAILED TO MENTION was that in preparation for the event, there was construction and decor work going on. WOW.|The event was at 6 pm i believe and from 12 in the afternoon to 6 there was banging and hammer work going on. INCREDIBLE. The entire room shook with each hammering sound, which was all the time!||So here's a timeline of my ordeal:|7 o clock fly in|10 o clock check in|10 - 12 first terrible room|12 - 6 HAMMER TIME.||HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO GET ANY REST FOR THAT WHOLE DAY? When i asked the front office why there is a hammering sound all they said was "event going on kya karega?"||Wow. Really?||But wait, THERE'S MORE.||I had an event that thankfully took me away from this hotel for the whole evening, 6 - 11 pm. The entire time i was thinking i am not returning back till the event music & sound ends. So I waited and returned past 11. No event. GREAT! BUT OH WAIT.|The decor people were now hammering to TAKE THE DECOR DOWN. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?||This went on till 2 in the night!||Before you ask why did no other guests complain? Well first we don't have any proof that they didn't & the hotel kept the complaint under wraps to the other guests and secondly the kind of guests that were there would make you question whether hotels should start vetting their guests on basis of their intellectual quotient and public decency.||Shouting, music played at loud, slamming doors shut, all this causes the ROOM I WAS IN TO LITERALLY SHAKE. Poor construction and cheap thin walls will do that. The walls are so terribly thin that the conversation the people in the room next to were having, i could hear it all so clearly. Wow. Maybe for this i cannot fault the hotel as their intention is to just sell rooms.||I somehow managed to fall asleep after ALL THE ABOVE and in the morning we did not take up complimentary breakfast which came with the room, we just ran out the door to leave this place.||Thank you Krishna palace for the worst stay possible.

Excellent Manager named Ashish who helped us and was a tremendous support for the event. We celebrated our 25th anniversary (silver jubilee) school reunion. Food was excellent. Each n every teacher enjoyed. Each student enjoyed. Truly amazing n good experience.

I had been to this place for a birthday party and a wedding. The banquet is very good, and the staff is polite and helpful. The food was delicious. Overall it is one of the best banquets in the Mira road area.

Quite far from central and airport room is clean but quite small and blanket is not good all over not good or so well only bathroom is good

Very nice hotel good staff special Mr Shubham in receptionist is good boy And good food. Happy stay must visit
