Very disappointing experience - do not recommend The hotel rooms were extremely congested and uncomfortable. No food was provided during the stay, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, there were frequent power cuts, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The most pathetic place ever. The staff is rude. They don't know how to treat people like normal humans. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If you're traveling with your loved ones or family. This place is one trash you wouldn't want to take them to.

Horrible experience !! The tv didn't have all the channels !! Hotel staff was rude!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for staying even for a day .. Told us to leave abruptly because they had a booking but didn't inform us in advance

2 men's Receptionist are very pathetic and unhelpful , No water services, Food is very cheap and law, Staffing wasn't friendly and not helpful, please do not waste your money and your time here.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Hotel manager was really rude didn't help at all. The room we got was dirty, table was sticky we had to clean it and bedsheets were stinking. Also one hall light was not switching off when we complained the manager he said its jammed and nothing he can do. This below in pictures was the bed they provided where bug kept biting us whole night. Please don't believe all the good ratings its paid reviews and this hotel is a scam with the worst manager and stafff.

Disgusting hotel. Please don't waste your money staying here. We paid additional charges for a family of 4. We booked a suit for a family of four. Firstly when we entered the room the room was all wet and dirty, the kitchen was stinky and the tables were all sticky and smelled of alcohol. Secondly they didn't give us 4 pillows and told us to manage in 2 pillows. They didn't give us extra blankets and all their doors were broken. There were bed bugs on their bed which kept biting and the blankets smelled like vomit. We asked for a change of blankets and they gave us even more stinky blankets. Finally the lights in the bedroom didn't close. We had to sleep with the lights on the whole night. On complaining about the lights, the staff members hung the phone on us. We went downstairs and spoke to them and they said leave the room - didn't provide a refund. Such a horrible experience and the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude.
