Hotel Swastick

My wife and her two friends are stayed their and they have complain about room cleanness, hot water, wifi, and customer service is not professional and helpful. Otherwise location is good and convenient. Customer service needs improvement and others like internet connection. Bathroom is not properly clean.

I recently stayed at Hotel Swastick and its a very excellent hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was nice with friendly front desk who provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining.

The room charges are 2500 including tax but it's the worst nightmare of my life. The rooms stinks, the room walls are covered with fungus very suffocating. You will start feeling sick automatically after spending some time in this room. My bad luck was I booked this room online for four nights. Offline they charge still more. They need to really look into each and every minute details if this room. I have been traveling to many places and hotels bt i would not like to give even one start for this hotel.

Recently we stay at this property, superb experience. Rooms are too specious and clean. All the staff was very polite and very helpful. Specially the receptionist persons naming Mr.Vinay and Ms.Harshita both are very good persons , they taking care of there guest just like family. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience in room no 406 TV sound is not working Not even have WiFi.. need to improve a facilities
