Called from their website for Room booking for 21 St check in 22 nd check out, prompt answer on call I needed a booking but was told to come during checkin requested for tentative booking but refused, as I had guest family coming for their sons exam at SM Vidyalay, i went to book personally at Reception where one miss Poonam was at the counter but refused booking n told to come during checkin, when I insisted on confirmed booking with advance payment but was refused, but when I insisted strongly she asked to pay cash which I did not have n told her I would pay by gpay to which she said no gpay but when I insisted she said ok, but not on hotel scanner but on personal scanner.Paid 2700 for 21 to 22 Jan 25. What I don't understand is why they refuse advance booking with payment. Or is it the policy to book during checkin with inflated rates.

Price of foods is very expensive and bad taste of foods and receipnest behaviour is very bad not acceptable from this type brand hotel management dear senior manager look in it

1 . Room are ok, but they are not cleaning on there own, we need to call them for. 2 . They are not providing shampoo and soap, for that also we need to ask. 3 . They are not changing towels & blanket. Condition of both were not good, I shared some pictures of blankets. It was too much smelling. I felt cigarette smell in that. There was some holes in blankets. We asked to change but they don't have good one. 4 . They are charging 2200rs per night. Which I think is not worth.
