Very poor rooms un-maintained rooms even A/C was not cooling the room properly while sleeping bed was making the noise overall experience was very bad

Night staff don't have manners. They talks rude with customer and specially with girls... Staff person Amit and his assistant both are mannerless and they both hike bill price with there own. Please while checkout check the bill what you order and see is it proper or not.

worst reception representative. dont know how to talk to customers. not having option to give zero stars [updated after owner comments] - we came with 15 ppl but were asking for 8 to be admitted but the representative was not willing to listen but instead just asking for ID very rudely. we never denied giving any ID or asked for more people to be admitted than booked. we even asked for additional rooms if available and we will be willing to pay but the representative was not willing to have any conversation. later you did accommodate and even gave a "complimentary" room which you later decided to charge 1500 for couple of hours as i put this negative feedback.

Pathetic..if there was minus rating then I would be giving minus rating.. They don't know how to talk to customers..they increase their rooms price according to the customers pocket and they will call you before your check out and asked to checkout. They change their statements about your checkout timing.. They wants you to check out before your checkout time or else they try to charge you extra..they stand in front of your room door to check what you are doing inside your room... So kindly go to there place at your own risk... And one more thing if you pay by your card they will charge you exta lol....

Experience is very nice staff very nice food is very nice services is very nice room is very net & clean. Room in your baget

PRINCE (THE RECEPTIONIST IN THE NIGHT) I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM 2 3 TIMES. (Attitude, Arrogance etc)

Hotel Staff is very good , nice place..rooms are need n clean...Good service
