FabHotel Shivani Residency - Hotel in Mira Road, Mumbai

Booked from Fab Hotel. Told to pay more to get good room. Rooms are Ok. Cleanliness is fair. Cigarette smell all over. Bathroom is very dark with just one light in centre. The flow of water from Basin tap was less. Towels didn't seem clean. Not a good view from window. Telephone was not working. Called on mobile. Nobody answers. Had to manually visit reception for giving food order. Food taste and quality was good. If you are tight on budget, this hotel is ok to stay.

Such properties are not suitable for reputation of FabHotels. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Room lock was not proper and as such locking room was a tedious job. 3. There was no intercom in the room. 4. There was no room service at all. Actually there was elf service only. The only way you get what you wanted was to go downstairs ask on reception for the same. That was the quality of so called room service there. I recommend FabHotels to delist such property.

No one was answering the call at the reception desk, when called multiple times. No hot water, charging point was not working, room was not clean. I don't think the company even cares about the convenience of the guests.

Good food. Good service and fairly rated hotel. Good connectivity to railway stations and highway and link road.

Rooms are filthy, bed sheets towels everything and there was mould all over the room.... Loud music was playing at midnight.. no breakfast provided... No complimentary waterbottles..wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there..

This hotel is located above a literal dance bar. Lots of shady persons around during the evenings. Other than that, good and quick service from staff. Room hygiene needs improvement.

Pathetic Service .. One Women shouting all night disturbing sleep ..Will never visit nay other FAB Hotel again .. Disappointed!!

Room was fine to look at standing at the door entrance. Once in and checking everything realized the cleanliness was very poor. Sheets were dirty, towels were stained, table and counters were not wiped, bin looked like a bin on the street. Well that's the last time, will pick another place next time. Oh and.... all these 5 star ratings are probably their own staff/fake i.ds'.
