I stayed at Ginger Mumbai (MIDC) Hotel for over 10 days and experience has been wonderful. The hotel needs some upgrades (TV Reception Box, Bathroom sink, toilets, etc.) but Staff has been excellent. ||Cleaning staff Umesh and Sudesh have been doing excellent job in cleaning rooms daily. They are very professional and ensured the rooms are cleaned to satisfaction. I never worried about leaving bags open or keeping stuff on the table. Very honest and humble people.||Dining staff, Tanisha and Prathamesh were equally courteous and always ensured that food was to satisfaction and provided good services when asked for anything extra.||Security Guards were also ensured satisfied and always asked if anything was required.||Overall, the experience has been great. The rooms are nice but the highlights in my view in the breakfast buffet which's simply fab & the sports bar which has some fine beers and finger food options. ||The library has some interesting books and the crowd milling around it has more stories to share ||Keep rocking team ginger!!

I spend near 10 days in ginger and I want to say that service staff and food was good, specially Tanisha she assisted with warm and sweetness during breakfast and dinner. ||Everything thing was good but just want to give suggestions that you need to put veg/Non veg symbols in front of each and ever dish.

Tanisha was very courteous, very good experience. Overall stay was very good. Food quality is also nice. I think, considering the central location, it is good value for money. I would recommend it for business trips and short travels. Keep it up.

The hotel stay was quite convenient and comfortable..I stayed here for two days but in the day was out ..but one day I had a breakfast and it tastes so good and delicious....for my next visit I will again book my ginger for long stay ..I have experience d this hotel in past too and it was very much comfortable stay for me at that time too
