Hotel O Lotus Residency Near Anand Nagar Metro Station

Although I had made payment through app, the hotel insisted on extra 25% at the time of check-in as property belonged to them and not OYO to decide on the rates. I had the option to cancel my booking and wait for refund etc and go and find a newer booking or black mailed in paying more attention that wee hours. Even the water requested in room was on payment basis. Hopeless experience.

Deluxe and Normal room are same. AC is not cooling well, only fixed to 22, not going below that. Rooms are ok, food is also ok. Not good for the summer.

Wouldn't recommend an emergency situation as well. The lodging is too shady. Rooms are disgusting, service is pathetic, room prices are high. Have a look at the photos and you'll be surprised. Not even worth a single star.

The rooms are ok with personal bathrooms, AC, geyser, fan . But, do not have a phone. My room didn't have a TV. The walls are covered with wooden design and a Big Mirror. The location is near the metro station ( less than 2 km). The hotel is on the road so you can get a taxi/auto easily. This hotel is popular with couples. The room service staff are a little over the top on asking for tips (they can coerce you to pay), which is an unusual experience for me!

Had the worst day of my life,for the deluxe room they charged 3500. The room was dirty,the Tv remotes were not working,washroom seat was broken. There was no water in the room,we had to order water and ice,like pay for it. There were so many issues that we thought of not complaining as it was very tiring. On the website the charges are different. The hotel workers are also not good. They do not really help with things. If the owner is reading this,I would like to really complaint for everything.

Dear Oyo, I'm on a business trip from UAE to Mumbai and after doing the booking at Flagship Hotel Lotus by Oyo , I paid online and on reaching the hotel after a very frustrating and tiring day to my SURPRISE the hotel said they do not have any connection with Oyo although there were logos of Oyo on the building and reception area, the management there stated they have nothing to do with Oyo and online bookings. It's very frustrating to see these kind of situations happening while we are in the year 2024 , humans have reached to the moon and people on earth cannot update basic information over the online platforms and websites. I called your customer care and they were offering me a fresh booking which was 59mins away and also to pay first for the hotel and the previous cancellation and refund will be only after the new booking is done online.!!!! Are you for real??? I'm in mumbai for the last 14 days and booked 8 hotels at different locations In Mumbai, but going forward I will make sure I will not check in myself INTO ANY OF THE OYO PROPERTIES and will also recommend my entire family friends and colleagues who come from the UAE TO MUMBAI FREQUENTLY, TO NOT BOOK OYO AND FACE SUCH A NIGHTMARE...!!! What if I was with my one year old Child and my family....??
