Hotel Merakee & Banquet - Best Hotel in Mira Road

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the prompt room service.

Awesome stay at the rooms well manner staff and nice ambiance also the food was delicious and they have a nice pub beside which is an added advantage. I mostly live there hospitality by Mr. Amitav, Ganesh, and lot of other staff also they help me with the food choice and they called a chef to talk to me so they know whats my food taste. Also same in there pub and lounge they first try to understand whats our requirements then they will give a service as per our needs. So i feel very happy staying at the hotel also happy with staff and food too. I recommend this hotel to all

Check in process was excellent, the front office staff were so kind they upgraded our room to premium with no additional charges. Rooms were neat and clean. Overall very nice experience

I had an awful stay at [Hotel Merakee]. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, making the room unbearably hot. The bed was uncomfortable, with worn-out sheets, and there was constant noise from outside. The Wi-Fi barely worked, making it impossible to do anything online. When I complained, the staff were unhelpful and did nothing to fix the issues. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.; They Also Taken 1hr Early Check In 2000 Rupees For Single Room

Extremely Dirty Hotel Rooms, Beds were not prepared, washrooms were not clean, Air Conditioning was not proper, no lift at the resort. Charges are exorbitant and experience is terrible. Would never stay in this facility again

Not a good choice for me After I came home I noticed one bug Bed bug coming from my jeans I immediately threw the jeans in the washing machine and other clothes as well The beds and rooms require thorough cleaning I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as of now

No any service provide by hotel because thay have single staff in night duty. No lift in this hotel so single staff will tired and can't provide any tipe of room service in night and even in Day time also.....manager is ridiculous...and behavior is like very very rude ...if option given by Google for under zero star it would be better for this stay option....even single star is not applicable for this staff and manager

Thank you so much to the team for putting me up this week. They let me leave my luggage while I took in the last day of Mumbai as well as finding something I'd lost in my room. The restaurant was also delicious.
