Heritage View Resort Rajgad

We had an amazing star gazing event organiser at Heritage View Resort.The food quality was just amazing and the service was also prompt.The property has nice and clean rooms and can accomodate upto 80 people easily. Will come again soon

It's nestled in lush green mountains overlooking Rajgad fort. The location is heaven during rains. Has a swimming pool but was closed due to issues. Food was also good. Its a raw place with raw nature, don't expect great hygiene and services. It's good for the price they offer.

Excellent location. It comes with friendly, polite and prompt service. Overall food quality is good, freshly prepared and it comes with reasonable veg, non veg options. The team at the resort is good and they accomodate reasonable alterations to the standard menu. There is adequate place for kids and family activities. It includes clean swimming pool.

Good place for 2 days stay, nice view, ample parking space, play area for kids, adults. Staff is good, well mannered, chef is also good in making food. The management needs to work on the electricity & fluctuations happening. Rest all good.

Nightmarish Experience at Resort Oh, where do I start? My stay at Resort was an absolute disaster. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. First off, the customer service was atrocious. The staff seemed to have a collective bad day every day, with rude and unhelpful attitudes. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay at their resort. The room was a nightmare. The carpet was stained and musty, and the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The walls were thin as paper, and I could hear my neighbors' conversations all night long. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Let's talk about the amenities, or lack thereof. The pool was a joke - tiny and murky, with broken lounge chairs and a foul smell. The on-site restaurant was overpriced. The cleanliness was abysmal. The common areas were dirty and littered with trash, and the hallways smelled like a combination of mold and stale air freshener. The housekeeping service was non-existent, with dirty towels left in the room and trash not being emptied for days. To top it all off, the location was terrible. The resort was far from any major attractions, and the surrounding area was rundown and sketchy. I felt unsafe walking around outside the resort, and there was nothing interesting to do nearby. In summary, my experience at Resort was a nightmare from start to finish. From the rude staff to the dismal room, lackluster amenities, poor cleanliness, and terrible location, I can confidently say that I will never set foot in this resort again. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
