The Byke Heritage Resort - Matheran

Had a fantastic stay at The Byke Heritage Resort! The service and ambiance were top-notch, and despite being a bit far from the railway station, the overall experience was amazing. The veg food was delicious, and the vast property offered plenty to explore, including adventure sports, 2 swimming pools, and live music with open-air dining. We were so impressed that we extended our stay! Even the summer heat didn't dampen our spirits. Highly recommend visiting this gem!

Superb big well maintained property. Staff is also very co operate. They hv 2 pools both r good. Rain dance is also there near pool. Indoor games zone is hv carrom, chess, zenga. Cricket turf is another fun which they have inside. Badminton court is also available. Activity zone is the best must go for best experience. Food is amazing. Breakfast and lunch at pool side gives u calmness. Live music by miss Gauri during dinner was best. Gem of person n sings too good. On demand songs n birthday celebration songs was sing by her was the best. Receptionist Miss Nivedita is too sweet and helpfull. Overall we had very good experience.

It was great experience staying at Byke Heritage Matheran. We stayed in Deluxe room. Rooms are well maintained, equipped with all facilities. Food here is very tasty and of wide variety. I stayed in the Luxury Deluxe Room, and overall, it was a good experience. However, it could have been even better if the property owner addressed a few areas for improvement. * The food was great, and the property was well-maintained. * The live music with a poolside dinner was an amazing experience. * The DJ was disappointing--playing full songs at a party isn't ideal, and the song selection could have been much better. * Both indoor and outdoor games were enjoyable. * The staff was cooperative and helpful. * The bed mattress was just average; a more comfortable option would enhance the stay. Would definitely recommend with a few expectations for improvement!

Beautiful property perfect for place like matheran. Very peaceful and staffs were also very helpful, crowd was also very good. I have been to matheran multiple time and as compare to other property this was really peaceful and beautiful, they have live music + other activities too which make your trip more exciting. Only problem that I felt was food which was too sweet I understand it might be due to major crowd but please consider other crowds also, options were also very restricted (for lunch and dinner both) other resorts had good options for food so this was one major turn off because the resort is in between the forest and market is at a distances so only option for food was the resort and we were not satisfied with the food. Rest perfect weekend place for everyone.

Was there for a long weekend. Was apprehensive about room maintenance before booking because of reviews, but room I got was very good. 5* to service. Excellent food service and housekeeping staff, always ready to help and ever smiling. 3.5* for food taste, purely vegetarian. Quality of food overall 4*. Property was clean and live entertainment 4*. Overall enjoyed and would recommend the hotel.

We stay 2 days at byke heritage resort and the overall review is 4/10. 1. The rooms are not worth as we spent money 2. Service is very nice as they provided 10/10 3. Property is a totally green property, if you want to come for peace, this resort is the best suggestion for you 6/10 4. Lord's point is the very nearest place from the resort 5. The swimming pool is not well maintained, as they are changing the water once a week 3/10.

Truly nice place. Experience is much better than what can be imagined through google photos. Nice Service and Polite staff. Food is also good. Overall nice experience Only Rain dance timing is odd "11am to 12pm" but check in time is 12pm and check out time is 10am.
