We booked for 4 people with 2 beds in a single room..I paid the booking fees to the guy called suyog kadam...when we went there, he already gave the room to some other people...means even after paying 40 percent upfront, he gave the room to someone else... that tells a lot about the hotel...very poor people these are...one of our friends cancelled the trip due to some personal reasons, then we shifted to 1 single room with 3 people (extra bed)..but this man was not even accepting the price of 1 room (he asked us to give more than what he told over the phone)..means even after giving so much trauma, he was asking more price for a small room...i can't believe, people have become this poor these days..no integrity and moral values.. These people are liars, don't trust...telling from personal experience...first go there see the hotel and only book then... I would never visit this place again means the hotel..that's for sure...they know we come for 1-2 days only, so they don't care about what we feel.. really sad...don't have words to say now...

If you don't want to spend much on your stay in mathran. you have a budget of around 1300-2000 p/day. you can consider Suyog Hotel. It's a Home stay with good service. Rooms are decent and the walkability is convenient from the main market. PC:- electricity issues I faced.

On Main Matheran market road, opposite to ram mandir. Good homely food, very tasty you should try everything. We were lucky to try shev bhaji, pithle and bhakri. Do give it a try than any expensive outlets there in Matheran loved it

Hotel is at popular market location. Rooms are very clean but small rooms suitable only for 3 person family like couple with small kid. Room service are not available but you can avail good quality homemade food in restaurant beneath rooms.

Pathetic service After taking the first booking amount they say rooms are not available. Not recommended this place
