Sayeban Hotel

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Sayeban Hotel, Matheran (Thu-Fri-Sat) and would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway. The property is well-maintained and perfect for families, with a homely atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcome. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Our stay was comfortable, and what truly stood out was the hospitality -- the staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The location is also a big plus -- just a short walk from the market and close to the Jama Masjid, making it very convenient to explore the town. Overall, a delightful experience that I would love to revisit!

Worst hotel I have seen in my life. Very bad behaviour of staff with the customer, staff don't know how to talk with the guest. If you want to clean your room, you have to tell the staff approx 5/6 time after that they will come n clean your room. Location was good nd food also was good but the behaviour of staff I didn't like.

"The weekend price was quite expensive 3k per night, so I would suggest booking a room on weekdays. I had booked three rooms, but even then, they didn't offer me a concession. They also charged extra for milk for the baby. Everything had to be paid for. However, the staff was nice and cooperative. For the best experience, I recommend booking a room online and having dinner and lunch at nearby restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants in the area." One major issue was the hot water, which was surprisingly muddy and only accessible between 9 and 11."

Since last so many years I'm going to sayeban hotel. V nice, safe homely place to stay. Food is v tasty hygienic with different varieties. Good hospitality by everyone.

Located on a quiet side lane at a walkable distance from the market area, Sayebaan hotel is a perfect place for a getaway with friends and family. Decent simple rooms, property has ample space, swimming pool, play area for kids, swings for adults. They have badminton, carrom available with them. Even cycles are available for toddlers. They have a per head price that includes stay and unlimited breakfast, lunch, dinner. They also provide tea and coffee in the evening. All the meals are delicious and served hot and fresh. Unlimited is the key word here. Trust me you'll end up eating more than you usually eat because of the tasty food. Veg and non veg both are equally tasty. And different menu for every meal. You can visit this place for sight seeing, relaxed vacation or even to work(if u have work from home) they have good wifi networks and no seperate charge for the same. Rooms are basic and have AC and TV. You get hot water in the washrooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to visiting this place again. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the pool could be maintained on a regular basis. (Maybe have a continuous filter installed) Thank you Sayebaan for the wonderful stay.

I must say superb Hospitality, amazing food , breakfast, deserts.. huge space with garden for kids ,play area , swimming pool... Very Good staff which makes us feel safe and comfortable ..very approachable Admin dept and it's a good resort for family / friends/ children ..

*MISTAKE* booking this hotel was really a big mistake. Not so pleasant experience. Booked this hotel looking at the good reviews but it seems they are all fake. Rooms are really very small and conjusted so is the bathroom. Rooms have seapages and cracked walls and even spider webs. Bedsheets was stained In the middle of the stay the housekeeping guy knocked and directly was trying to open the door continuously to change the pillow covers.CREEPY. You cannot drink alcohol or outside food in the premises you have to do it in your room. No music no entertainment in the property gave us a sad vibe. All you can do is in your room. The entire hotel do not have glass, they only have steel glasses that too you will have to ask for it, wait for about 15 mins, follow up and still dont give. I guess it is okay for quiet families with kids, but if you are a young group, young couple you will regret.

1 Worst service 2 Dirty pool with toilet floating in it 3 cleaning was like no one care about it Never visit this hotel again Suggest to not visit here for every one
