Royal Hotel Matheran

Staff and hospitality is great. Value for money. Veg food was also decent. Swimming pool and central ground for seating is all awesome. Loved the place. People here were very helpful.

Hotel cleaning, staff to good .Food also amazing. in hotel evening entertainment programs very nice . i think Check-out time should be 11-1130 hrs. over all service is to good. Thanks

Location good. Reception rude,Room service poor.. flush tank didn't work no proper ventilation in room and washroom. No wi fi..Data doesn't work.TV was not working Pool was dirty, Dogs chewed our footwears.. Ambience and exterior was nice... Suitable for family trips.. Rooms can be much better We can tolerate monkeys but too many dogs scared us.

I booked these hotel from Make my trip as per the review and the property structure but my experience was horrible. the amount which i had paid that is too much for the short room i had book a Dulux room they provide small dirty room without toiletries on the name of mineral water they are providing water in the dirty jugg. after the soo many time i had informed them there is no towel in the room please provide me they wan't provide me. staff behaviour is very casual with the customer I don't think they want customer they just wanted to be there without doing any thing. Not helpful and unprofessional. only the name is Royal in the number of rooms but the quality of the room is very bad . do not book the hotel

Great service .when we enter...a staff came to fill a water cooler....very good experience....good and polite staff....food was also good....but they should have a jeerasoda aur nimboo juice....just go digest all.that food...there is almost 8.variety with papad.. pickle.....stc..

Just coz it serves pure veg, or can't be considered as best hotel to stay. Swimming pool is too small, rooms are also small. Price is too high compared to room quality U can try various other hotels in same like. For eg. Hotel Krishna, best one to stay with too yum food pure veg. Price is also cheaper than this hotel.

The stay was disappointing and not worth the money spent. There were no complimentary water bottles, and the service was subpar. The washroom was dirty and only cleaned after repeated requests. The amenities were poor, making it feel like a complete waste of money.

Pathetic experience, should not go even if offered for free.. The hotel head behaved very badly and shouted and screamed, Waste service, no regular water available. Behaviour was non sense. Rooms very occupied with all varieties of insects, spiders, etc. They charge different tariffs with different people with there wil and wish., Value money dont waste here..
