Roshni's Palace Matheran

This is the second time I've stayed here. First time was in 2021 with my best friend. At that time rooms were a bit old but spacious and Nikhil had been very helpful because of which this time when i had to go with my boyfriend, i considered staying here again. When i spoke with nikhil he shared me pictures of renovated new rooms. And they looked perfect. And when i went there with my boyfriend, the rooms looked exactly as in pictures and bonus was we had mountain view and a balcony to ourselves. Not just this, last time me and my friend had to go out for food as they did not provide at that time. But this time they not only provide restaurant food in the rooms but homemade food on request as well. The homemade Chai and poha are something you should not miss if you stay here. It was delicious. Nikhil has really upgraded the place and service compared to last time. If i visit matheran again I definitely will stay here again as I loved the service here. Only downside i found with this stay though is during checkout they don't let us late check-out. Although they gave us an hour extra for checkout, it still felt a little rushed. Nonetheless, it can be managed but just something to keep in mind. If possible inform them earlier that you want to checkout late, maybe they will make some adjustments.. Would rate this place 4/5. Wifi is available here. And cost is extremely budget friendly. Additional cost for AC. Lights sometimes trip. Place is in the middle of the main market.

It's a pleasant Stay. Initially thought for location little worried, but after entering the Room, it's fantastic. Excellent Service, Cleaning at its best. Nature of entire Family of Owners are best and fully Co operative. Even you can get the best help from them also.. All in all it's the best place to stay and best experience. You can get the service against your expense in stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Roshni's Palace Hotel in Matheran! The owner was incredibly nice and ensured an easy check-in process. The location is excellent, being very close to the Matheran railway station and the main market, making it very easy to reach. The room was neat and clean, and hot water was available from 7 to 9. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Matheran.

Couples friendly Value for money. Clean Property well maintained. Location just opposite to Matheran Railway station Main Market. Owner is Very much Helpful and Polite professional with Guests. Hoom made cook food is Tasty. Hot water supply is very good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic home stay in Matheran that provided an amazing home stay experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff maintained its pristine condition throughout my stay. The home stay location, just 2 minutes away from Matheran station, was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious and flavorful food served . The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. I visited here with my family & friends. Before booking they told stay is for 24 hours but after reaching at 1pm saturday they force us to leave at 9 am morning any how. Asking money too quickly after reaching there, after serving breakfast also that is I did not like. TV not working proper. Hygiene room, 1+1 chawl type room nearby station.

One minute walk from Matheran railway station. Hassle-free check-in process and affordable prices. Homemade food available on demand. Hot water is available in the morning. Their luxurious rooms are worth the money. WiFi has connectivity issues. Jio & Airtel users will face problems for internet, Vi users will get 4G coverage. The area is safe and recommended for female travellers. Mr. Makrand Ranjane is very helpful. Thank you
