Muskan cottage

One of the worst place to go. Check in till Check out everything is bad. We had done advance booking thanks to pictures on Google, not even 1% is true. Dirtiest rooms, slippery bathroom and toilet. Bedsheets n pillow cover Yucky. They r big cheaters, once u checked in, ur stuck. Owner, staff, rooms everything is soooo bad, all pathetic. If u have money, give some needy people, but not this cheaters of muskan cottage. Only ul b upset n ul get headache.. Whosoever is giving good review, it's there own people. While having meals, owner comes n sits in front of u, no manners how to treat guests,. We pay n stay, owner doesn't have right to sit while having food, so cheap.. If u don't believe, just go casually before booking n see the place horrible terrible v v dirty, everything smells. On online booking, they r so sweet and they charge so much. Once u check in, they're attitude changes completely. Whatever problem we have no solution for it, if we want to check out n go, they don't give the refund back. Cheaters, liers n on n on n on..

Excellent experience owner and service is also good. Must visit food quality and service's are Excellent talking behavior of staff is also friendly and the location of cottage is so perfect and peaceful. 5 stars from me i really like to visit again. Thank you

This cottage rooms are so good . And their behaviour is very good and food is very testy. All above this cottage is so pocket friendly. You must try . I am attaching a view from their hotel balcony

I had one of the worst experience with the owner , they so unprofessional n unethical. I had a booking with the cottage and paid advance too . Due some reason I had to cancel the booking within 72 hours.. but the owner kept on delaying on the refunds by giving one or the other reasons . I literally had to bag him for my own money after all that effort he returned the money days later. My only request to people writing reviews kindly write genuine reviews and not the fake one's. Do not miss lead the people. People don't fall for this trap.

I stayed here for one day. Overall rooms are very clean and spacious, staff is very well behaved and cooperative. And the food was amazing. The owner is very poilte and supportive At this price you can't get the stay in matheran with the amenities they provides. Tbh just book this cottage.

The staff is very humble. Rooms are clean. 5min walking from the main market .most recommended cottage ever.Even the Food items was delicious. Overall excellent
