Kshitij Cottage

Stayed for 2 days at kshitij cottage with my family. Wonderful hospitality by the owners. Good clean and hygiene rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful ambience and a superb green lawn area to spend the evenings. Excellent food provided by the owners themselves at a very reasonable rate. Would recommend every family to book this beautiful cottage to enjoy their stay in matheran.

We had a pleasurable experience over here. From the serene view to the calmness of nature, authentic food made by Mrs.More. She even offered us puran poli while having a chit-chat at the bonfire.Hygiene is well maintained, rooms are spacious also have mini dining area.The owners are lovely and cooperative and would recommend everyone to visit here.

Wonderful Experience The property is very nice, gives a feeling of a homely environment. Located in the middle of the jungle, away from crowd and traffic. Main market is nearby. The hotel owner and family are very cooperative. Being a mother of a toddler I was afraid for a vacation due to the food schedule however the owner provided good homemade food so that my toddler enjoyed her stay throughout. The food here is very fresh and tasty. Especially Chicken . Surely I will plan for the next stay here in matheran. Keep going.

Best place to stay in matheran... Care takers are the best... Very well maintained place.. super clean..... The caretaker guided us well with a very sober nature... Cool and calm place... Worth staying here... Food is also good.... The sunrise point is the closest about 250 m only....
