Beautiful stay , what an hospitality they offer the staff there is so well behaved and polite , its a couple friendly stay at a budget friendly stay ,upgarded rooms cleanliness at its peak each and everything is freshly washed and proviyto the customer

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time at matheran! The staff was extremely friendly & very flexible (appreciate this!) and the home made breakfast deserves a special appreciation with thanks. We had three great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The owner is such a warm personality and highly motivated person (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed staying the three of us. About the place, scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the owner and staff who does a great job here. A true sample of excellent hospitality!

Guys please don't visit this hotel. Worst ever experience I ever had. Beware of Shakil Sheikh his arrogance level is beyond limit. We had to put his complaint to police station because of his behavior. He literally threw our luggage out of the hotel just because we asked is there white bedsheet available? Completely spoiled our holiday. Worst experience.

Worst experience with this hotel. Shakil Shaikh is very arrogant person. We just asked few questions about the hotel he asked us to leave his hotel with our luggage saying you dont have rights to raise questions. Don't visit this hotel. It will spoil your holiday we had to do police complaint for his unruly and sarcastic behavior. Next time you find this person misbehaving just call up the police

The location is just 50 metre before Matheran station. Very clean rooms. We got a 4 bed balcony room. Nice view of small market with toy train. Geyser is there but not working. But no problem, Fatah, will take care of it. Any time you want hot water, that fellow will instantly provide you. Food isn't available, but they're arranging from nearby Patel's restaurant. Tea is always available.

Hotel location is plus point, It is barely 50 meters away from Matheran station and main market . Room was clean and maintained( Don't know why they do not provide bedsheets on bed ). Staff is very polite and very helpful. They do provide home made breakfast on paid basis.Had a pleasant experience there. Overall nice stay at hotel but little expensive.

What fond memories I have of this place . Me and my family have been here countless times and have stayed in every room they have. Probably my family are one of the first customers they had since this place had opened. Location of this place is the selling point and people who manage it are very sweet people. I'm always happy to visit here. When I was a kid I remember watching magic show here they organised for us and the swing they have here on the outside I use play on it. Once we had monkeys enter our balcony . If you have been to matheran before you know how mischievous they are . All in all it's a nice place to stay and enjoy matheran

Excellent Service. Near market. Good view from front rooms. Most important is they allow only families, no party groups and no couples. Only one negative is charges are bit expensive.
