HOTEL POINT VIEW

Okay I was at this hotel in May 2025 accept ac all things were excellent till now we enjoyed a lot food was also good a little spiciness at last with a desert a would recommend to take room near the swimming pool as it is easy to travel as compared to my city the climate was also good the only thing that I don't like is it is tooo far

The rooms are not clean but I loved the food and enjoyed the trip a lot. I genuinely feel it's all great except hygiene

Worst hotel ever. I got food poisoning by eating at this restaurant. God knows what food they served to me. The taste was also not good and the food made me sick. Think 1000 times before going here. I went recently in Nov 2024 so it was a very recent experience

Rooms are not worth to pay for such a high value Rooms were not cleaned and full of spider and spiderwebs. Toilet was too short and always had water leakage

Very poor hotel, they charged 3100 from us which is not even worth of 1500 washroom is not cleaned and unhygienic. They should not charge this much for their room, which is not up to date as compared to other hotels.

It was really bad descision to choose POINT VIEW HOTEL. Basically it was over promise under dilevery. Rooms were not same as shown in pictures. We booked rooms a day before they promised to provide the clean and delux room but the room was unhygienic, no wifi network, no door lock , light switches were not proper. Staff was non cooperative even the receptionist was very rude.

Worst hotel ever I have seen in matheran zero hygiene zero service zero facility no power no wifi avl they are doing scam with tourist they do not listen to complain given by us they harras tourist n don't refund the given advance amount.owners are worthless they raise there hands up when we complain all pics given in review are fake fake fake sach me horrible n worst worst hospitality and worst management I wud recommend don't book rooms and waste your money. Receptionist is rude , staff is worst , no room service, we found scorpion in our room this hotel is fraud n totally a scam.. be safe

This Hotel is a Scam center. For the safety of your family never stay here.||1- Snake found in the hotel on 24th August in front of me.||2- I booked two rooms for total 5500 but at the time of check out they charged me 11000 which is a completely a scam and fraud. ||3- Cockroach in bed and washroom ||4- Rooms are very dirty, blanket, bedsheet are very dirty.||5- No room cleaning facility.||||This hotel is a big Scam in Matheran. Be safe ..
