HOTEL PARAMOUNT-MATHERAN

The location of the hotel is fine, but the problem is with the management as soon as I checked in into the hotel. The management person told me to clear the full payment by coming inside my room. Where I had already informed him after getting fresh, we will be leaving for sight. Scene that time I'll clear the full payment at the counter. The breakfast options are extremely limited. If you're coming for a quiet trip, this place is fine, but I will not recommend to take your kids here because of there is nothing much kids friendly activities here .. it's a decent place overall, but management has to be more professional

No proper service, unclean and unhygienic rooms, generator not working incase of power cut, it was a nightmare, had to shift to another hotel within hours of check in, if you have kids my suggestion would be a big no to this hotel. Hotel premdeep just besides it is far better option with almost the same price...

Our experience at Hotel Paramount was good. Our room was spacious. The property was clean, The garden and swimming pool was well maintained. The staff Deepak, Mudassar and Yogesh were polite and helpful. They served veg food and it was good.

Staff and service is great ... Food feels homely and great taste .. very good place to hangout with friends or family either .. rooms are clean , pool is clean and the overall atmosphere of the place is awesome

Hotel Paramount Review Our overall experience at Hotel Paramount was very good. The in-charge, Arvind Ji, manages everything efficiently. He ensures that families are provided with comfortable rooms and personally checks in to ask about the food's taste and quality. The staff is friendly and supportive, making our stay pleasant. However, I would suggest recruiting more staff to improve the speed of service. That being said, the DJ night was a highlight and added an extra layer of fun to our evening. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Had a very bad experience. Poor management There was no electricity, also there was no backup with the hotel no generator facility.... Also the manager was very rude he provided us with only 4 candles. Overall waste of money.

Very Very bad experience in this hotels. My suggestion to everyone do not stay in this hotel. Low quality food, swimming pool not maintain, no games for indoor activity. Bedsheet not clean. Bathrooms not clean and not maintain. Waste of money.

Booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms.. waste of money AC was not working No water to hand besin , not maintained properly. Besin was cracked . When we entered the bathroom the bucket and mug were sticky with algae like not cleaned from many days. We booked from Goibibo and they also need to take care of that.
