Hotel Madhumalti

Staff and owner both are very arrogant. There staff asking 400 Rs. for just showing rooms as service charge and our small 2 yr child sat on their beds after we deny to stay as we don't like rooms and misguided about check out time by their staff. Rooms are average with basic cleaning.

The location is great, close to the station and market. Hygiene can be better--cleaner rooms, bedsheets, and blankets would make it one of the best stays in Matheran

Request you to please do not book this hotel prior they took money in advance but not return back in case of cancellation of the booking..

Location was good close to matheran station . Room and service was so bad.Rooms are old, bedsheets smells bad and pillows had fungus. Rooms also had bad smell. Bathroom and toilets were also dirty like public toilet.No hot water and they don't provide any toiletries and tissue paper no toilet paper,no mirror in bathroom,As well as water from taps was also muddy.Fans were also dirty.TV was also not working.Fake Photos were sent by the Owner to us,they told us they renovated the place which is scam don't fall for it.He charge us 5000per day for this dirty room..he took advance before 15 days .. owner omkar Pradhan was so arrogant, fake person, he misguide us while booking and at the time of billing he totally change his statement, Not at all respect for ladies, he insults one of my female friend.|One boy there his was Prasad he is only sincere and hardworking

Worst Place to stay! Arrogant owner and receptionist! We booked it a month ago paying an advance amount! But at the time of check in, they denied us the room stating we paid less! But we had proof of the payment, of the photos sent to us by them! Bikau hai owner! Does not prioritise guest and his promises!

Don't make the mistake we made Don't book this hotel online we made a booking he showed us the videos of room online we made the advance payment but he rented our room to someone else for more money the manager was arrogant doesn't know how to talk to his guests. Not recommended at all.

The room was quite good. It is quite good for stay. The receptionist is also very welcoming. Few points that I find helpful are Couple friendly Family friendly Good hospitality Clean Toilets Near to Matheran railway station One con that I noted is that timing of geysers are only upto 2hrs in morning Rates are good. Better to go offline and book over there itself.

They charged extra stating its season time we had booked for a couple room it was soo conjusted there was no any table or wardrobe even to keep our bags there was so much noice pollution we couldn't even sleep properly. Many times electricity even goes on and off. Kindly check properly before booking.
