Hotel Kumar Plaza

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cosy, making our stay very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the DJ night and fun karaoke session. The pool was well-maintained and added to our relaxation. However, the indoor games area could use some improvement in terms of maintenance and equipment quality. Overall, a memorable and pleasant experience with great hospitality and entertainment options for all age groups. Would definitely recommend for a fun getaway.

One of the best trip we had with out family after very long time. We had a fantastic stay at kumar plaza. The staff at the Restaurant went above and beyond to provide us with the best dining experience ever! ... we highly recommend Kumar plaza for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

Excellent rooms, pool side, food and hospitality. The staff was very co-operative. The activities were excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. The pool side was great and relaxing. The room service, staff members and every one else were very humble, co-operative and helpful. Great and relaxing experience. Thank you.

Our group of all us females with their kids came to this kumar plaza they provided safety also good was very nice and hygienic as well as great entertainment provided like games and disco....surely great hospitality

I don't know anything about this hotel, rooms seem okay but I'm giving it a 1 star for partnering with Endless World Vacation which appoints representatives to hand out lucky draw coupons on the streets and coax people to come listen to their vacation plans. They wasted 2 hours time and were unapologetic about it, saying we seemed interested and blah blah, so yes, Kumar Plaza might be great but their partner, not so much

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the *Hotel Kumar Plaza of Matheran* The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable,. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained.The food was delicious and the hotel's restaurant service was excellent.We will definitely visit Hotel Kumar Plaza again and again.

Very poor hospitality by the hotel. Food quality is pathetic. No resemblance to images shown on booking sites. At the time of check-in, I had asked for refund as I wanted to change the hotel, which the staff refuse to pay. However, at the time of check-out hotel staff is asking to me to call the Yatra personnel as I had got a good deal and they were asking more money from me... Pathetic experience.
