Bungalow Resort-Panorama Matheran

Me and my wife had terrible experience of stay at this Hotel. It's location is very far from the market. Only 2 guys in hotel staff who manage everything as cleaning, reception, Restaurant. Room was very small with no amenities. Room washroom was terrible, All taps were have leak sounds, water clogging. Swimming pool was the comedy with size of 3X3 meters. This hotel has faked its name as some luxury hotel "Hilltone bunglaw" and copied name of Panorama hotel to attract customers. In fact it was a bunch of huts. There was comedy in name of new year celebration in which nothing happened just 1 dj light with mobile connected speaker Recommend that Noone should ever stay in this bad place.

It was an Amazing experience visiting this resort as Staff was very helpful, great service, Delicious Unlimited Food & Extremely Peaceful place to be at with no much restrictions of music & Had an amazing time at this Resort. Best Resort of Matheran.

Extremely clean room we loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. Just a little whenever we entered.other than that it was great.i had a very pleasant stay. This is the place to stay was if you want a real feel for the warmth charam of Rome it's people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owner staff make you feel like part of there family the stay was really nice my experience was good over here thank you.. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived.

The stay was lovely, lovely the breakfast which was included.The place was clear and very close to Subway. Enjoy the stay it was good for family an Friends I stay at this hotel 5 days with family the roop was good the staf was good and kind to the all the guest it is good for a smail function of like family stay an all.. I really like the hotel my family was aso happy over there because of staf tere are very hepl full over there I really Enjoy the stay was good everything was really good I really Enjoy...

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for evening they were able to arrange everything. The rooms of the hotel was best the looks and the views was fabulous. Must visit this place with group or family.

It was good & peaceful resort just need to work upon the maintenance & review

The best thing is the food. Each meal is delicious.. location is perfect... With a clean swimming pool. Rooms are too good and friendly staff
