Location ok ( (Near to railway station & market ) No Front desk & office ( Only one person ,who will visit after one hour of phone call ) Breakfast - Not provided ( free written in website) Ask for money Hot water - Bucket Delivery ( after 8 am only after reminder ) No hot cattle for tea or coffee. ( Good Tea & breakfast Hotel is far from hotel ). Towel & soap provided only after reminder ( On second day ) Owner disappeared after payment received ( No phone call or visit ) Over all room condition ok not so bad.

Near by market cottage and best cottage to stay, best service by staff. Neat and clean, sanitised properly and toilets are even clean. Hot water available and even staff are so professional to treat you well enough with all the respect. Special Thanks to Sufiyan bhai to help in every way

Good cottage in low budget...clean and hygienic and cooperative staffs

Overall good experience at this cottage. Amenities: hot water, drinking water, a.c to name a few.... Room availability for a single person is not allowed in matheran, if wanted you need to go through a verification which takes a lot of time. only very few hotels accept single person.
