Totally mixed reviews about hotel alexander Rooms - Rooms are not that great. Whatever is shown in the video or images shared by them , rooms are totally the opposite of it. Rooms are unclean, lights in the room dont work properly, geyser doesnt work properly, toilet is not that clean. In short poorly maintained rooms for the price you pay Location - its an isolated hotel located 5 mins away from alexander point which makes it a peaceful one. It is quite far from the main market (approx 15-18 mins walk) Service - service is very poor. There are a lot of people but of no use. You have to tell them one thing multiple times. I had asked them for hot water for drinking. They said room pe bhej denge but then nobody really came Food - the good part about this hotel is food. Food is great. The only problem is , its s pure veg. But the variety of food they provide in their package is great. They should increase breakfast options. As there is just one dish, poha or idli Activities - another good part about this hotel. There are activities like archery, rifle shooting, late night trek, cricket, badminton, movie screeening etc. Also they have live music on saturday's which is really great Overall it was an Okay experience.

Mixed Experience "I visited this heritage place during the monsoon, and the atmosphere was truly captivating! The rooms were amazing, and I loved the overall vibe. However, I felt that some areas needed better cleaning and maintenance. The service could also be improved. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this place for its unique charm."

The place is really nice for friends, family or couples. Rooms are neat and clean and the food is good aswell. It's pretty much spacious so that your kids can play around they're are few games to play. The night environment is fabulous with lights you'll get good pictures.

My experience at this heritage hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the lack of hospitality was evident. The staff seemed indifferent, offering no warmth or effort to make guests feel welcome. The buffet was a complete disaster--dirty tables, an unpleasant odor, and an overall unhygienic environment. For a hotel that boasts history and tradition, the lack of upkeep was shocking and unacceptable. The food was just as terrible as the ambiance. The ingredients were clearly not fresh, the presentation was unappealing, and the taste was bland at best. It was obvious that minimal effort had gone into preparation. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow, and the staff showed no concern when I pointed out the issues. It was frustrating to see such poor standards in what was supposed to be a distinguished establishment. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end with the dining experience--the room and overall service were just as bad. The room was poorly maintained, with unclean linens, dust, and a generally neglected feel. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. Housekeeping was unresponsive, and any requests for assistance were met with indifference. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here unless major improvements are made

I had an amazing stay at Alexander Resort! The room service was absolutely top-notch, with everything arriving quickly and exactly as requested. But what really stood out was the food -- it was simply outstanding! Every meal, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, was delicious with incredible flavors that made each dining experience a true highlight of my stay. The quality and taste were beyond expectations. I can't wait to return for another fantastic experience!

Location is superb all staff managers are very polite and giving quick response if there any problem rooms are very clean Food quality very tasty and fully hygienic. We enjoyed our weekend with joyful memories with alexander heritage resort thank you for giving best service.

Decent Place, But Service Needs Improvement The overall ambiance of the place is quite good, and the crowd adds to the lively atmosphere. The food is definitely a highlight--fresh and delicious. However, the service could use some improvement, as it felt a bit slow or lacking in attentiveness. The live singing, while a nice touch, was somewhat underwhelming and didn't quite enhance the experience as expected. One major drawback was the washrooms--they were not well-maintained and could have been much cleaner. If they work on their service and hygiene, this place has the potential to be great!
