A very bad experience no professionalism no sense of calling it as resort . Total wastage of money They even don't know to deal with customer

Worst of worst experience, firstly they have charged us 8000 whereas they are just 4000 and giving service of just 1000 worst staff worst food and worst of worst manager who doesn't even have manners to talk to customers. Please mind it before booking such places also adding their real pictures for reference please do not make a mistake like us.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The service was extremely slow, and staff often ignored instructions. Avoid this place if you want a hassle-free stay.

Staff and service is good but unable to map the location on Google. Around 20 min walk from Matheran railway station. Non AC room cost around 1100/- in week days Food quality is good, charged 300/- veg thali. Resort disco available at evening. Need to maintain resort for beautification amenities. One can feel the nature by staying here. Maldunga, monkey points are near from this resort.

I suggested to never go this khatija resort it is also called peer bhoy's resorts... very khadoos and bananas hotel... water facilities are not available. . Hot water not available. .food is not good.. no safety.. room is so dirty.. no daily service of room cleaning.. monkey's harresegment is so much.. no reply of our requirement..so far from the starting point.. market is far around 1.5 km. . All point is far from the hotel.. hotel is totally different to the given photos from the website. .never go this hotel...horrible hotel...

There was no option for negative ratings or else wd have rated that. These ppl sell online booked rooms to others who pay more. Choose only if u wanna spoil ur trip

Room , food, service- not good Staff - manager and lady - not behaving good with customers. I suggested to never go this khatija resort, ekdam ghatiya resort hai

Not customer friendly at all. Rude arrogant people. Do not stay here. Look at other options. Many others to choose from so why get insulted here. Not worth it.
