Room no 203, AC not working, Room no 204 washroom lock not working, no remote control for AC Only on or off

This is the worst hotel I ever visited in my whole life till now. Me & my wife booked a room for 31st December and this was the worst decision we took, bedsheets are very dusty, ac is literally broken in the rooms, washroom are so dirty even we told them thrice please clean the room properly and they said we don't have staff right now, Tv is not working we called them multiple times but they just ignored us. We spend 2200 for 1 night. I won't recommend to anyone to spend your hard earned money on this very unprofessional hotel. Stay away from this hotel otherwise you will only regret.

Been to #Manmad junction for a function with dad. Booked this hotel as this is only best hotel available to stay with parking. They have good Restuarant and good food. Location is prominant next to Bus Stand. Service is ok. Rooms are good. Ac functioning. Beds ok ok. Tea good.

Poorly maintained. Dusty rooms. Dirty sheets Amount needs to be paid before hand while booking Not even water is served and you are left on your own. However there are good reviews about the restaurant on the ground floor

Only hotel, no competition hence survived. Do not expect anything may be only good food. Be cautious for the commitments given by front office, reception as they change their version anytime. They even don't have rail reservation facility or any agent. No other option. If possible to avoid, avoid staying at this hotel...

The hotel looks appealing only from the outside. I stayed at Room Numbers 101 & 109 with my family. Following are my observations - - - - 1) The rooms are dirty & unkempt. Very poor housekeeping. 2) The attached toilet/bathrooms are also very dirty & unhygienic. 3) The rooms evoke a feeling of utter neglect & clearly show the poor level of house keeping. 4) The hotel restaurant is filthy & infested with mosquitoes. Even glasses were unavailable & we had to drink directly from the mineral water bottles. 5) No staff at the reception to receive the room keys when I checked out of the hotel at 06:00 hrs on 06.11.2022. ( Had settled the hotel bills well in advance a night earlier). I had to leave the keys at the reception counter, with no hotel staff in sight. 6) No security staff at the hotel gate.

Location is good, actually walking distance from Railway station. The facilities & services are somewhat rusty... The toilet seat was leaking continuously, & we called the staff. He did something & said that the problem is solved. We took him at his word, but later saw that the flush is not working at all. We called the staff again. & again. The problem did not get solved, in fact, There was absolutely no supply of cold water in that bathroom, but only hot water. It was not possible to do anything in the bathroom. By the time they ultimately accepted this, & offered to open another room for us to use the bathroom, it was time for us to leave. The room was okay large, okay clean, the bed was just okay.
