Worst Experience..Don't ever go with the family. Access, entrance & surroundings is dirty. Just bad vibes. Not recommended for families. Liquor shops are near the entrance & hotel management allows drunken people, to stay. Feels unsafe for the family. Linen, bedsheets were too dirty. Congested bathrooms with no facilities. Service staff sleeps till 9.00 am. He literally refused to provide hot water, saying that hot water is finished around 07.30 am. Horrible!. Here, no one cares after checking in.

It's pleasure to stay in this hotel.. I just loved it... Awesome experience...! Highly recommended

Very good for stay with family, staff are co operative, 24 hours check out time, wifi & tv with all ott platform.

good hotel, good Staff, but little service issue. which is not acceptable. they cut-off the line in the room while i was out i had my put important things to charge . and even my wet clothes were kept under the fan to dry. basically when i came back i was tired and there was no Staff and the rooms main line was off which was frustrating.

Yes we know about the fire accident but sir i guess its your responsibility na to leave at least 1 staff at the reception. And we felt that this was not just the fire thing, hotel was not maintained since long we felt. There was no TV Remote, AC remote was not working to which your staff was saying"BAARISH MEI AC KYA KAROGE AAP"?? If I have paid 900/- for AC room used only 4 hrs, then don't u think your staff shouldn't have said that. Secondly, entire night AC was at 19 temperature but there was zero cooling, i guess it has nothing to do with fire sir.
