Sterling Orient Woods - Pench

We stayed in this resort for four nights. The rooms are spacious and contain amenities like a TV, kettle and fridge. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the restaurant as a buffet. There are enough options and the quality is great. The pool is large and a great way to cool down in the heat. The pool table inside is well-maintained. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Tushar helped organize our safaris and Mahipal made sure we were always comfortable. Suggestions for improvement: - The WIFI doesn't reach all rooms, this means that the smart TV features cannot be used unfortunately. Even the mobile phone network gets quite bad inside, which makes reaching the internet difficult. - The room with the pool table and the reception has no air conditioning, which makes it a sweaty affair for guests and staff.

It was a pleasant experience overall. Tushar sir and overall the staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax. The breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet was decent with a variety of option. Would like to visit again and recommend others.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a serene environment for relaxation and enjoyment. The food served throughout the stay was delicious, and the arrangements made for the Live Singing Programme, including the comfortable seating setup, were excellent.||We also wish to especially thank Mr. Rana, Mr. Divakar, Mr. Mahipal, and their entire team for their warm hospitality, courteous behavior, and prompt service, which added immense value to our experience.

Inspite of many practical issues that we faced in our room, rating it to 5 star as the staff was extremely courteous, polite and hardworking. Special thanks to Spa team for making specific arrangements as per our convenience. The therapies were amazing. Food is very delicious may it breakfast, lunch or dinner.. loved the stay..

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sterling Orient Woods in Pench over this weekend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and a relaxing bath tub. The dining area's rustic charm added to the resort's allure, and the food was absolutely delicious!
