Location in Near Malvan Beach..just 5 min walks near market..dont hope for best but its average hotel for low budget.. We stayed here for one night,to explore Sindhudurg fort,because Malvan Jetty is near.Room.Condition was Average...Washroom was clean..A/c was working,room was on first floor towards main road side so ventilation n light was proper.Mattress was not much comfortable. (Broken Spring inside Mattress) Bedsheet/blanket was average.. Limited (i guess 2 nos) car parking was there just near reception..food they deliver from nearby restaurent..Ghajali.one of the famous restaurent in nearby area,of same owner. Ups was near to Malvan Jeety & Reasonable price.

Absolutely unclean place. The service is worse for the amount they charge. The rooms are unclean and the linen had not been changed. We had to force them to change the linen and even the new linen had not been washed properly. It had hair and dirt on it. The hotel is not at all well managed. The hotel is not worth for the tariff charged. There are better places with lower tariff around. The balcony overlooked right into somebody else's house and curtains has to be drawn all the time. It was suffocating. The bathroom had not been cleaned and no soap was provided. Bad experience.

Good lodging facility near sindhudurg fort , good food at gajalee and scuba diving at rs 300 only Mr tejas best person and provide bike on rent too... Overall best budget hotel in malvan

Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I had the worst experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a horrible smell everywhere. It felt like no one had cleaned the place in years. The bed was uncomfortable, the blankets were dirty and smelled awful, and the entire room felt disgusting. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the water pressure was so bad that taking a shower was a nightmare. Everything about this hotel was disappointing--poor service, terrible hygiene, and an overall awful atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay somewhere else!

Worst hotel. We booked this since there was no option available. The owner is extremely arrogant. Firstly we were going to stay there for 2 days but after visiting the hotel we realized that -the rooms were too small -the bed was dirty -the blankets were smelling bad When we said the rooms are too small for us so we will stay for 1 day only he said to check out at that moment only. Owner don't have manners to talk with clients. Don't visit at all.

Good location near sindhudurg fort market and near beach acess easily available with scuba diving facility by owner mr tejas near helpful always available help customer for hidden location explore like kayaking, golden rock etc best konkan experience in budget

Best place to stay in malvan. Most affordable compared to other hotels and services are good. The staff here are friendly and don't bother our privacy.
