One of the most amazing and welcoming stays. Owner of this place (Kaku) was very welcoming and makes best quality food. We tried chicken thali and rava fry prawns it was just perfect better than any restaurant food. Rooms where clean AC was working beautiful view from window as well as balcony. Clean property and calm atmosphere. Good service . Host and other members are trying to give there best. For food service traveller should need to confirm there requirement of food in advance..and close to kelbai Devi temple 5 min walking distance. Thank you Bhagat Kaka.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, with all the tourist places including the beach nearby.The rooms were clean enough and well maintained. The highlight was their freshly cooked homemade food, keeping in mind individual preferences. We enjoyed the fried fish,fish curry chicken curry and solkadhi as well as the local veggies. Thank you Rohit and Bhagat Sir for your hospitality and making our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best spot to crash--clean, chill, and super hygienic. The food was fire! Had to pull up again after checkout just for that fish thali. Vibes were top-notch, and the staff were mad chill and helpful. 10/10 experience!

Would recommend to say here as the *SUBHEDAR HOMESTAY* property is well maintained, staff is friendly and cooperative with requests... especially not only ROHIT BHAGAT but his parents with very positively approach they go an extra mile to help.... Location of the property is good so everything is walking distance away...Overall will rate the experience 5 stars.... Very clean room. Lots of space. Nice decor. Free drinking water from a large bottle in the office. Short walk to restaurants and beach... Room art done by owner itself and it looks too decent. All facilities are nice... lastly don't forget to order coffee simply awesome taste with beautiful sun rise from 1st floor gallery space itself ... Recommended for future stay...

Subhedar homestay is nice place for tourists .i came from vidarbha and enjoy this malvan and nearby sites.Subhedar homestay is reliable and convenient stay you can be reach easily to Devbag beach,malvan beach and tarkarli beach from this location ,Moryacha dhonda is very close to subhedar homestay, it is nice place where you can feel relax and chill the melodious sound of Ocean waves. Food is too good, comfortable for family ,group...
