The property is absolutely fabulous as a structure but very very poorly maintained. The ACs are non-functional and could not be repaired even after several attempts by the caretaker. The fittings in the toilets are in scrap condition with leakages and poor pressure in the broken taps on the top floor. . . . . . The TV in one of the rooms was completely unusable as the screen displayed all distorted lines and patches.. . . . Door Knob was broken and so we could not lock the bedroom door . . . . The caretakers are all willing to help but they are limited in what they can do . . . . the maintenance is where the entire problem is and that would be the result of poor management. truly a beautiful villa but very very poorly managed ...... and that destroys everything !!!
