Sai Homestay

We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and located in the heart of Malvan with lots to do. My friend had her 40th birthday when we stayed here, and the owners kindly decorated the room for her arrival with flowers, balloons and cake. It really was fantastic!

It was nice to stay here, property is spacious. Additional sofa , children ground at back to chill at night. They gave room for driver to rest and sleep. Budget friendly rates, service is also very good. People are very nice to talk and help in overall Kokan trip.

We have stayed here with great pleasure. Sai, de owner, is a great energetic and hospitable man who brings a lot of atmosphere. The rooms are perfect and the breakfast is top notch. I visited malvan 17 dec 2025. I booked sai homestay for 2 days. It was really great experience with Sai homestay. Rooms are very neat and clean.Caretaker Ajit and Sumit both are very helpful also they guide us very well. Amberkar sir is very good person they personally share the contacts and details. Paid Tea or coffe are available in homestay.

It is a NICE place to stay... It's in the middle of the residential property so it feel like HOME.. Did some bird watching also...

Superb place to stay near Chivla beach. Clean and spacious rooms with chic decore Very instagram worthy place with peaceful vibe. A house opposite to stay provides excellent food on order!!! Must try their ukdiche modak and Pomfret thali.
