Ramai Beach House, Wairy Malvan

A great stay having the view of the sea on Wairy Beach. The owner and his family are very helpful, and help you in having a enjoyable vacation. The food they cook is very amazing, with options for both veg and non veg. Would highly recommend if you are planning for a stay with your friends or family. They have two rooms, facing the sea and both can be booked for you to have a group vacation.

This place is pure bliss! The resort owners are courteous and kind. All services provided were top notch. It is a sea facing home stay with nice tents outside rooms facing the sea. One can enjoy the soothing sounds of sea waves while having dinner or just laying around on hammocks. The food provided was superb with amazing taste. From breakfast to dinner everything was delicious. I would suggest this place to everyone and anyone who want a budget hotel with good amenities! Must visit!

This is actually a beach house. They have only a couple of room, so if you go with your family or friends, make sure to get both of them, then basically the place is all yours. One of the amazing things about this place, the food. The owner a very nice man and his wife, one of the best cooks :) You can sit outside for the entire day (yes, sunlight) because of the coconut trees. And it's best to chill out at night. And I've went at the time of the holi, seriously its was the best surprise.

I have been regular visitor to Malvan over years now and for the first time I stayed with Ramai Beach House, Wairy Malvan Owner : Mr. Shashikant Patkar (Shashi Bhau) The property located is right on the beach facing the sea. It has their own space planted with coconut trees where there are 2 tables for dining and hammocks to chill. They have taken extra care to tie the net in the parking so that coconut doesn't harms your vehicles. We stayed there for a marathon of 12 days and never felt a single day that we are staying in any hotel or anyone else's home. The cleanliness of the room was top class and the quality of food was way above average. Shashi bhau was very nice to fulfill our demands in terms for eating fish or to even eating veg food. Right from the breakfast to lunch dinner the taste and quality was just perfect. The quantity of the thali /breakfast was just perfect for 1 adult and you don't require anything extra I would highly recommend you to plan your stay at Ramai Beach homestay and you won't regret your decision. I would say the Owners Mr. Shashi Patkar and his wife are really humble & Great people. we would definitely visit next year, and my stay will be at the same location. #KeepTravelling #KeepExploring Suggestions: Add extra Hammocks

Especially if you are staying with family the owner Mr Shashi Patkar Makes Sure that other room is let out to family only otherwise they keep it vacant. Location is 5 min drive away from main city malvan They have built only 2 rooms so it is not over crowded like other resorts They provide Food as per your requirement both veg and non veg. They also provide fish food on per kg charges you just have to bring fish from malvan auction (not from fish market). They also provide mineral water. Charges for the room and food are reasonable You get free car/ bus parking facility so you need not wory about your vehicle Resort is run by Mr and Mrs Patkar owner of this property, they are very kind hearted persons. Rest if you wants to gift your family a best vacation you can prefer to stay here.

It was a very pleasant stay. Property is right next to beach (wayari). Its a typical konkani property and a well maintained one. There are two rooms(ac), if you are going in a group of 4 or 6, then can book both rooms and get full privacy as it happened with us. Owner uncle took us to fish market in the morning and helped us in buying fish of our choice and then aunty cooked it deliciously. A very recommended property in a good budget.

Amazing place to relax and unwind... Beach front property at very affordable rate. Very clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. Delicious home cooked food. A must stay if you are visiting with family or looking for tranquility

Very beautiful and charming place. Those who want to escape from business and any other kind of stress for some time must visit this place. We visited this place with complete family for 2 days but loved it so much that we stayed for 8 days. Wanting to go again. Really a very beautiful place and Patkar uncle's honest service adds to it.
