Mayekar's Holiday Home - Luxury stay at Chivla Beach

I was traveling for vacation with family. It was an amazing stay as the property is right on the beach. Feels great to just sit out watching the sea shore. Even though it was April and summers have begun it feels a lot pleasant due to the breeze. Evening were superb for relaxed walk by sea shore or for any water sports but the beach. Owners are super responsive and provide great service.

One of the best holiday home at Chivla beach. All rooms has view of beach. Also nearby at walkable distance you have some well known/famous eateries.

Excellent view of the sea from the room. Owners are also good. Rooms are bit small but okay. Air conditioning was a problem as well as network was an issue. Hotel wifi was also not working despite the distance from router was just 5mtrs. Mine & as well as my brother in laws adjacent rooms air conditioning was not giving a cooling effect at all. Despite of we try all hacks by cleaning the mesh net. Temp to 22 nothing worked. Hope next time the owner does the servicing & I find an excellent review next time. Overall the experience could have been even better if the air conditioning, WiFi worked properly.

This is Holiday home is operated by Family. You will get home cooked breakfast here. The rooms are very clean and you can consider the room standard to 4 star hotel. You can see view of Chivala beach clearly from the balcony of your rooms. Awesome stay enjoyed a lot.

If you are looking for a calm and relaxing family vacation, Mayekar holiday home is the place!!i have no words to describe about the location, right in front of the serene Chivla beach..stayed in red house which has best view of sea..this holiday home is run by a highly educated couple Prasanna and Nilima Mayekar, who understand their guests requirements well!! delicious malavani breakfast, tea and that too enjoying by sea, what else you need!! Clean AC rooms, comfortable bed, Swift service, Home made lunch arranged in their neighborhood.A perfect Combination of Nature and Luxury!! Price is also reasonable.. highly recommend Mayekar holiday home!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mayekars Holiday Home in Malvan. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. We had a very good stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent. The homestay in is exactly in front of the Chivala beach, ambiance was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

We planned our couple trip here, The purpose of this trip was to get some peace and quiet for 3-4 days and this place was the perfect spot to fulfil our requirements. This homestay has a sea view where you can sit and relax with your loved ones The property is exactly the sea facing. It is really satisfying when you wake up in the morning and here sea waves. Owner of this place Mr .& Mrs.Mayekar is too polite and familiar.staff member is also co operative,Rooms are clean and available with all needs. This is the only stay ,for food you have many options of restaurants near homestay. They provide delicious breakfast and tea as per your requirement. Highly Recommended for couples & family trips.
