The location this is beautiful, but stay could be improvised with better facilities . Food was really good

Gorgeous room with fabulous view and best was the care taking owner, our room was beyond expectations the house keeping was efficient and attentive. My friends and I were spending a couple of days celebrating the new year, we enjoyed the stay and had an amazing time here. Keep up the great work and have a successful season.

It was great experience at Maitry Niwas. Place is sea facing, so many trees around, And rooms are also clean and well maintained. And Important reason for 5 * which I felt is owner is very helpful. We had a small baby with us, and owner helped us a lot. Home made Breakfast is also tasty.

The Maitri Niwas is a cool place, there are plenty of coconut trees. Next to the area is the beach . At night, the sound of the sea waves can be heard in the room. The Manjrekar brothers are very cool and helpful by nature. The rooms are clean.

Very good stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Good washrooms, hot water available. Only food option is not available here. Good for a family visit. The best part is that, it is very close to seaface.

Location is just few steps away from the Chiwla Beach. Rooms are clean, fresh. The owner is very much friendly and makes the service best. Must stay place

This hotel is very cool, it is in front of the ocean, it takes half a minute and there are all the amenities. If the owner is a lot better then let's really enjoy a visit

The location is absolutely beautiful. Front of beach. And the room prices are also affordable
