I have been staying with family at this amazing resort every year for the past 4-5 years, and it has never failed to impress me! The highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view from the rooms - waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning scenery is an experience like no other. The resort's location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. They also organize water sports and other activities on request, adding an extra layer of adventure to the stay. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff and owners are incredibly polite, warm, and accommodating, making you feel right at home. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay is evident in every detail. This is my second time visit after 1 year but now I have very bad experience. Very poor customer service. Having hotel in premices but not giving room service. You have to go outside for food. Having terrible experience with my family group of 12 peoples staff is not supportive. Don't spoil your trip.

Location is awesome. Rooms are good however, no arrangement for the tea kettle. Attached restaurant food is average. Rooms are overpriced and breakfast is not included in room charges. Ample parking place.

Backside rooms are small and no ventilation at all. They do not have nets to any windows (nor room or washroom). Also no lifts. Restaurant room service is bad. they refused us service in room for tea as they didn't had staff.

The killa beach resort is very nice and clean resort and good ambience and the proper sea facing resort but room and bathroom should be more clean and staff is not understanding..
