Hotel The Pride Malvan

We had to visit Malvan and we booked this hotel. However it disappointed us.. there were insect on bed, broken switchboards, dirtiest balcony, broken pipe of basin in washroom... No lift till second floor and no one helps as well to carry the luggages... Cobwebs...Not so good services in the hotel.. price is a bomb... Better to stay somewhere else... We had paid for super delux and I would say that we received services of minus sub standard deluxe room... Hotel looks like it is still under construction... As everywhere there is material kept here and there ..

We have taken 2 rooms at this place. It's very close to the rock garden, beach and all. Parking space is limited. Rooms are good. We paid 2000 per room. When we called the room service person to change the bedsheets and all at late evening time, as we were out full day, they did their job instantly. So service was good. They also have a small restaurant on top when services ur purpose in house. Most of the hotels AC are not working continuously but their AC was working. 24 hours continuously we got hot water. Soap was provided with a pouch of shampoo. Market is near by....walkable distance .

Avoid at all cost.I booked it for 2 days and made advance payment for 1 day. Upon reaching and seeing shabby state of rooms decided not to stay. Very small rooms, no sunlight , broken fixtures and rotten furniture smell. No refund provided however owner offered to avail stay anytime in future.

Bad experience.. no lift in the hotel and they allocated room at 2nd floor.. no hot water in bathroom they were providing by buckets and that too only in morning time.. washroom tap always leaking and continuous water noise through out the night.. had to cut our trip short because of the hotel.. and no WiFi or mobile network available for Vodafone or Airtel..

Avoid this place at any cost , paid 3600 via Goibibo as it was only available place on 26 dec and number was not available on google , come directly to Malvan and you can get good hotels near chivle beach no hand wash in room - when asked he gave a watery hand wash no table / no hanger old smelly furniture rooms not maintained / not cleaned / bedsheets not clean / no ventilation negative vibes no breakfast option with stay Hotel is running with a Chalta hain attitude , come directly to Malvan and you will get good options , but don't stay here you will regret hope this review will help to make a decision

Not recommended at all. shabby state of rooms. Very small rooms, no sunlight , broken fixtures and rotten furniture smell. Vintage AC with continuous sound. Unhygienic washroom.

Its was nice experience. Good room and nice service. Very safe for family. Staff was very helpfull and cooprative.

No slippers were provided, no chair, no table. AC is not properly working. Windows had not properly installed for protection to enter mosquito inside the rooms. However the rooms are clean and location is nice.
