I had a lovely stay at the pearl regency malvan the hotel is very close to the beach just 5 minute walk, the local market is just a minute away the rooms r good, clean linen spacious with a big double bed it had an ac working perfectly there was hot water available 24 hrs ,the room had a big balcony which over looks the street, and the staff were very decent polite n always ready to help, with their help it was easy to move in and around malvan even their room tariffs are very reasonable . All the above made my stay very comfortable.

Best place to stay in Malvan. You can explore Sindhudurg Fort, Chiwla Beach, Dandi beach, Jay Ganesh Mandir. All are at walking distance (less than 1.5km) from hotel. Calm and active manager always ready to help, one call away for arrangements of vehicles. Also guide best food, things to purchase.

According to price this hotel is good to stay. Quite & clean. You can visit places, beaches from here walking. Bus station is also nearby. Rooms are not that much clean. Bed sheets are dirty. But toilet bathroom is quite clean & good.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pearl near Chivla Beach in Malvan! The room was clean and equipped with AC, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The managing staff was extremely supportive and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. With such affordable prices, it's great value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Malvan without breaking the bank!

Reasonably good AC rooms at 2,000 per day for lodging only. Doesn't have any restaurant. You have to get down for any food or even for tea/coffee. However, everything is available just in front of the hotel. Very close to the main market including the most authentic Malvani seafood restaurant "Sunita" and the beach/jetty for visiting Sindhudurg fort at walkable distance.

Very clean & comfortable rooms and accessories, at very affordable prices. Very cooperative & helping owner & staff with safe environment. At peak location, 2min distance from Chivala beach & near main market. All amenities available nearby eg:- Medical , Restaurant, ATM etc. Overall amazing experience !!!
