Our stay at Coconut Cottage in Malvan was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms were spotless, with clean sheets, a well-maintained bathroom, and a perfectly functioning AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. What truly sets Coconut Cottage apart is its location and ambiance. Nestled right at the seashore, the property offers breathtaking beachfront views that soothe the soul. The expansive garden is a haven of serenity, filled with lush trees, a hammock swing, and thoughtfully designed spaces like a lounging area, a dining area, and even a snack zone amidst the greenery. The spacious layout also includes a convenient clothes-drying area at the back, which is a thoughtful touch for beachgoers. We booked a double-beds room as a family and were delighted by the peaceful atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host deserves special mention - warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He provided valuable guidance on local activities and attractions, making our Malvan experience even more memorable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the home-cooked meals. Each dish was prepared with love and authenticity, and it was, hands down, the best food we had during our time in Malvan. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, natural beauty, and genuine hospitality, Coconut Cottage is the perfect choice. We left with our hearts full and memories to cherish. Awesome homely experience staying at this home cum hotel. It is situated rit on the beach which is an amazing place to enjoy wid kids and family. The food is just so good.....local and home delicious recipies are must try. The rooms and amenities are at par, hiegenic and serves all the needs required to stay on beach. The best part we liked is the owner has all the rooms dedicated to families only which makes it more convenient and avoids nuesense created by bachelors . Cozy home stay which enhances the experience when you go for scuba diving and explore Sindhu Durg technicalities. Must visit and visit to this resort only with family and frens. Safe also as my kid used to just go out and sit on sand to make his castles anytime in day. Thanks, m glad that we met u all and got a chance to experience ur hospitality.

Amazing resort.. The best thing about this one is the location.. Right on the malvan beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food served here is mouth watering.. the owner and other family members are very nice..

We had visited here in December 24. Rooms are spacious but no view at all. It's at back side of property. Lot of mosquitoes. Food was too oily with premium rates. Owner will refer u a person for scuba diving saying he wl take u to deep water diving and for long duration with 1200/- per head. We agreed to make our 1st exp special. But when we went there, we came to know from divers only that its nothing like deep scuba. All peoples were coming at same location for same duration. Standard rate is 500/-. So even if u r staying at this property, opt for options which r offered in local markets.

We stayed here for 2 days 2 nights The rooms were good, but no cleaning was done for the next day Cottage is close to the beach Basic necessities like drinking water are not provided free.

One of the best stays i have ever had so far! The hospitality was amazing and we really felt at home! Everyone is so nice there and well mannered. The rooms are of very good quality and ideal for a family to stay. Its right on Malvan beach. The best part about it is the food! Excellent home made food and very well managed. A must go hotel next time my family visits malvan. Keep up good work!

I Suresh Desai , was here with my friends from 7 th to 9th April 2018,the place was wonderful and very close to the beach.The view of the nature from the hotel is mesmerizing.You can have a view of Sindhudurg fort from the garden of the hotel while sipping a cup of tea. The owner of the hotel Mr Omkar Palav is very Friendly and amazing chef. The food cooked by him was very delicious and I would especially recommend trying the fish thali.The rooms provided by him were spacious and clean.The amenities provided in rooms were best qualities. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant and I would highly recommend this hotel for stay and food for family and friends who are planning to visit Malvan. Rating 10.

After seeing few good reviews and the amenities listed in the website, I chose to spend my long weekends to relax with my family and friends here. Unfortunately, I didn't have much good experience. Though the rooms are okay but the basis amenities like drinking water, hot water during winter (after providing geyser) and few more are not being provided. The price they are taking is not worth the facilities they are providing to guests. They will try to get every possible ways to pick your pocket by talking to you in sweet word. They will purposely provide you less quantity free breakfast which won't and will charge you if you take an extra plate. There is a lot of restriction within the property after 10 PM .The owner do not have ethics to co-operate even if somebody is unwell or need medical attention. If you don't want to waste your valuable family time, I will suggest to opt for other properties. There are uncountable properties in the area that have proper Beach access and are better. We had a better and decent stay in a different property for the rest of our holidays.
