Dadu Dichwalkar homestay

One day back I was visited this place.Very good place,just 3 minutes from beach.Rooms are clean. Owner Dadu Dichwalkar kaka is very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Must visit this homestay, Highly recommended.

1 of the best place in Malwan. Dadu the owner is very supportive and caring. I visited with my family and we always feels like we are at our home and getting all the comfort. Excellent Homemade Food. Very nice location and nearby to beach. Dadu is always ready to help, I feels like I met my own grandfather. Thank you Dadu and Family for all the love and care. Always Recommended..!!

This homestay is a good choice to stay in malvan, Tarkarli. I went by the reviews on Google and wasn't disappointed. However do check the prices in person rather than booking from any site. Rooms: the rooms are quite clean and decently spacious. There's ac, but we chose non AC room. The bathroom were basic and clean. There's a gas geyser. Uncle switches it on whenever you need. The bed and beddings were comfortable. The TV wasn't working, the only disappointment for my son Food: You can tell uncle in advance what you want to eat and he will get it all cooked in the local style, freshly made. He will suggest and educate you too about the region's speciality Area & location: All of these homestays are located by the side of of a single road, so you won't have any difficulty to find them. Most Auto's knew. "Dadu dichwalker" and would bring you from nearby areas. Vyari beach is less than a 500 m walk. U will also find a couple of hammocks at the entry to chill or gaze at the night sky. Host: Uncle is very helpful. You just need to tell him what you want and he will arrange or get it done. He is quite resourceful and knows everyone around the area. So he keeps making phone calls and get things done. He will arrange for water sports and other activities in the region. The only downside of this is you don't get to negotiate the prices with the transit autos. And they are definitely not fairly priced. The first day we were told an auto will pick u, payment this much and then he will drop u at that beach, then another auto will drop you there and all...it feels like a package, but it's just a network of people calling each other. While it helps if you don't want to get in the hassle of looking for autos and quickly get things done. But I strongly felt most Auto's charged high, and the ones that I personally booked and negotiated with were much reasonable. Also the final cab I booked for the airport, I got it booked through him and regretted it later. It already was overpriced+ he charges for his food and all parking. It could be the usual or maybe I would have done it myself, but should be told in advance. The friendly connect washes off whenever it's time to pay! Review in water sports: while it was great to have it all arranged by uncle, but at the spots it wasn't well organised at all. We had to wait for long, people who has directly booked at the spot seemed to be getting higher preference. I did share the feedback with uncle, hope things are better now! Overall, please go ahead and book, if you wanna stay in the region. I am sure you can get cheaper stays in the region if you look more. But I feel uncle is just has more of business orientation, so is easily found on Google

Plesent stay, very good service and nit and clean rooms. The owner is very good in nature, specially the location is beautiful and just walking distance from beach. Food is delicious both veg and non veg. Must stay.

Very good Home Stay...just 200m away from beach of tarkarli ...very good breakfast and lunch...good service...good people....must visit at this place if you are planning for tarkarli and malvan.
