Disappointing Stay - Pictures Misleading We booked this place based on the good pictures online, but our experience was quite disappointing. The staff was generally indifferent and didn't seem particularly interested in guest needs. Parking was a major hassle. The area is very compact, and we were constantly asked to move our car around every time we entered the property. On our first arrival, we were asked to move the car 3-4 times due to a lack of coordination among the staff. The room cleanliness was subpar. We found dust in corners and even on the headrest of the bed. The AC unit had an unpleasant smell. When we requested bedsheets for the extra mattress, we were given small blankets instead. The beds themselves appeared quite dirty and looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Despite being told that the pool is cleaned weekly and filtered nightly, it was visibly dirty and didn't look like the filter had been used recently. Overall, this was not the relaxing holiday experience we were hoping for, and the reality of the property did not live up to the online images. We would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Rooms are kinda small with no cupboards, there is huge window with poor curtains which can concern your privacy. They have universal remote for AC which don't works sometimes. The manager is very rude to talk, doesn't have any politeness, will treat you like you are staying for free. Also they have strict check out policy at 10 if you doesn't check out on time they keep on knocking to remind you.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our family! The hotel's proximity to the beach was a major highlight - just a short walk away. The food and room service were also commendable. One suggestion for improvement would be to extend the swimming pool timings until 8 pm for greater convenience and relaxation

I visited with family and experience is very bad. Sharing my genuine experience here.|- Washroom doors were broken and unable to close.|- Bedroom smells bad, resort team is spraying room freshner instead of good cleaning.|- Kitchen staff was behaving rude wirh us just because we choose to take dinner outside resort.|- We have cleaned washroom and bedroom by our own before residing there.|- Too much mosquitoes.|- Resort owner will start telling about restrictions in school teacher tone just after moment u reached there. Instead of welcoming you !

Staff is rude for room services luggage was not collected even after staying for 15 min. And they do not adjust runtime anything for you as they are rude. Kitchen is separate handle and food quality is average. Room are not clean properly and hygiene is zero. You may have free malaria and dengue as complementary free from here as they have lot of tree which should be sprayed properly to handle mosquito and at last hygiene is not maintend.

Rooms are not maintained. Bathroom has no lock to restrict oder. AC and Gyser can not be used at a time. Have to run for switching. No sope provided, towels were durty. Overall cleaning was also poor. Not value for money.

Had a great stay at Coconut Garden Beach Resort! The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach is just a 1-minute walk away, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend!

Went for dinner there. The waiter indirectly told us that we prefer the customers staying first and not the walkin customers. We placed order for basic dishes which would take max 15-20 mins. After 10-15 mins the waiter information is that the order will take minimum of 45 mins as we prefer the customers staying with us. Very unprofessional and irrational staff. The manager there was shouting at the people like a crazy person.
