Room service is good and staff is also good but food service is not good at all. You have to pay an extra 10% for room delivery and also the taste is below average also you have very limited options to order and no extra item without prior order.

Exceptional Stay at an Affordable Price!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 2 days, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities were impressive, with ample parking space and an in-house restaurant serving delicious food. The location was perfect, with Tarkarli beach just a 9-10 minute walk away. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel. They arranged for a local person to assist us with beach sports, scuba diving, and other activities, making our experience even more memorable. The hotel's infrastructure was also impressive, with good power backups ensuring that we didn't face any disruptions during our stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade their WiFi network, as the signal strength and speed were not up to par.

Nice service. Clean and neat rooms.|Prompt service. They guided us regarding nearer tourist spots as well. Adjacent estaurant is also very good. Overall it was a great exeperience. It is one of the good hotels in that area. Happy to choose this one.

It's a normal hotel as it was not very good or very bad , as the service from the restaurant was not that good , because I ordered some French fries and they took almost 30 minutes to come the bathroom was not that good at all either there were a few ants crawling around , a spider and even a milliped in the bathroom while the soap had a weird smell in it and the network was not working well . Now , the good points of the hotel were that all the channels in the TV were recharged , the room was neat and clean , the food was tasty .

Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious . good parking space Need to improve on cleanliness of blanket and towels provided. Also bathroom needs to be more clean. They also have in house food, food taste was good but need to provide more veg option as well.

Polite and friendly people. Beach is at walkable distance ( via shortcut) Area of improvement in rooms. Rest all good for given price.

We stayed at the property for 2 days with a group. There is a shortcut to the beach. Just 5 min away. Very good service. The day time manager was very cooperative. The restaurant is simple and serves Authentic malvani food. Very tasty.
