MTDC - Tarkarli Resort

This resort is really beautiful. This resort has Hut style cottage n has access to beach. View is nice . Room should be little clean specially bedsheets n toilet. They give brush n toiletries if u ask. Staff is cooperative n helpful. Food is Great n perfect. Specially breakfast was superb. Room Terriff is pocket friendly. Good for family n large group of people. They allowed parking of vehicle though they don't have facility for driver accomodation overall Good stay.

Rooms and Service - Rooms are good in size but not maintained at all, no intercom, no in room dining service, or room service available. Location - Location is very good as the resort is located right on Tarkarli beach. Food - Food quality is good, limited cuisine, but malvan food is very good.

Dear Sir, As per the attached video and receipt, the hotel management is refusing to refund the room payment for a room that I did not accept for residence. Please find the bill receipt and payment details attached for your reference. Additionally, I have attached a video showing that they refused the refund because they were only willing to perform a deep cleaning and add room fresheners. However, I requested a room change, which they were not ready to accommodate. Due to my asthma condition (medical proof attached), I cannot stay in a room that has any strong odors or poor air quality. Upon switching on the AC, a bad smell was immediately noticeable, making the room unsuitable for me. Although the manager acknowledged the issue, they only offered to deep clean and add room fresheners, which I could not accept due to my health concerns. We were willing to pay a cancellation fee, but the hotel has refused to refund any amount. I kindly request you to review the complete details provided and process my refund as soon as possible. Beautiful, peaceful place. Easy access to the beach. Great view of the sea and Malvan fort. Access from the resort to the beach for guests is easy and not at all crowded . One can peacefully relax in the wooden sheltered sit outs near the beach and enjoy the view n the sound of the waves

Best stay in tarkarli. No comparison ! Peaceful location & Luxurious rooms surrounded by coconut trees and beach. Indoor Outdoor sports not available. Private pool is not there.

Cottages having great ocean view. Breakfast is included but its worst breakfast service compare other State like KTDC, TTDC, GTDC. They did not even provide dental kit. Rooms are ok not that much good. Rooms are too small compare to their online pictures.

Every year we stay at MTDC Tarkarli. It is always a pleasant experiance. The cottages are amazing and right on the beach . It's a great place for a relaxing holiday. Eat amboli , ghavne, modak at Swatis. Their cafeteria is not great.

Pros: 1. Property is decent ,full of greenery . 2.Beach is in front of resort,gives a feel of pvt beach. Cons: 1.Pathetic hospitality, rude staffs. 2.No room service ,they dont provide food, water or anything to your room . 3.No cold beverages available , can't handle large groups ,they themselves will get irritated if you place multiple orders even "Chai". 4.Rooms are too basic for what they charge.
