Ripples Resort

Very good property in front of the lake with photographic view. Good and relaxing stay for all age groups. Sports activities was available i.e. indoor and outdoor. Food was awesome and rooms were big and cleaned. Really we did enjoy our time.. It was our second trip within 3 months and really enjoyed the vacation. Good place for visit and stay. Thanks for the good services and staff was very well behaved...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ripples Resort in Pune, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! The property's location is nothing short of spectacular--nestled near the serene Panshet Backwaters and surrounded by lush green mountains, it offers breathtaking views that instantly melt away the stress of city life. Waking up to the sight of the lake and the sound of chirping birds felt like a dream, making it a perfect getaway spot just an hour's drive from Pune. The food at Ripples Resort was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant served a variety of dishes that were both delicious and satisfying, with options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Every meal was prepared with care, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. Whether it was a hearty breakfast or a flavorful dinner, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations, making every bite a treat. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the exceptional staff and their prompt service. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, addressing every request with a smile and remarkable efficiency. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, turning a great stay into an unforgettable one. The property itself is well-designed and maintained, with spacious rooms, large balconies offering stunning views, and a peaceful ambiance that's perfect for relaxation. Good experience. Quite place. Activity wise there is a swimming pool, mushroom umbrella as baby pool, table tennis, carrom, kids electric car (not working), see-saw, badminton etc. Little renovation going on to increase no. of rooms. Room was clean, room service was good. Staff is cooperative. I think, cost is slightly higher side as compared to activities available. Overall good experience.

We 5 visited Repples Resort on 4th May 2025 at 8:30 pm. They asked us to sit. When we reached there was no customer in the hotel, In the next 10 minutes, we ordered 2 vegetables, 4 butter rotis, and 1 plain roti. Then, when we went to the washroom, the washroom was closed. After we told them, they opened the washroom after 5-10 minutes. After about 1 hour, i.e., at 9:30 pm, they brought the order to the table. Along with that, they actually gave us a only one plate individually and asked us to take roti and vegetables together on that single plate. After we requested, they gave us a separate plate for roti. After that, they did not serve us any vegetables or roti onto the plate. Then, when we started to serve ourselves onto our plates, we saw that there were only 2 rotis in it: 1 butter roti and 1 plain roti. When we pointed out that we had ordered 5 rotis, he said he would bring the remaining rotis. Later, after 10 minutes, when all the vegetables had cooled down, he brought the remaining 3 rotis. Even though we expected the remaining 3 butter rotis, he brought 2 butter rotis and 1 plain roti. When we ordered the last rice, I asked him how long maximum time it would take to get the order; and he rudely said that it would take a maximum of 10,20,30 minutes also; he could not say confirm. Finally, when we asked for Bisleri water, we told him to give us water that was not too cold and not too hot so that we could drink it. Then he rudely replied that water is like here's any water you can drink. After taking all the orders, not a single waiter we saw anywhere in the hotel stopped by. He would immediately take our order and go back inside. And especially if it was very crowded, we would have accepted it. We were at the hotel from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm; we were the only customers. Why we accept below points ? 1. If there was no staff in the hotel, they should have told us that the hotel was closed at that time. But they asked us to sit upstairs. 2. Even when we were in the hotel, the washroom was closed, which opened later after we told them. 3. We were supposed to be given separate plates for roti and vegetables, but they gave us a single plate, and when we asked, they also said that we would eat in this. After we requested, they gave us a separate plate for roti. 4. They brought the first order after 1 hour. 5. They wanted to serve us food on plate, but they didn't give us vegetables, roti, or anything on the plate; they just brought it to the order table. 6. Also, when we asked for 5 rotis, they gave us 2 rotis, and then when we asked, they told us they would bring the remaining rotis. After 10 minutes, they brought 3 rotis, and those were the wrong rotis. Overall, the service was very bad. Seeing the service there, we understood why no customer goes to this hotel.

Stay was really good with great hospitality. Staff here really cares about their customer experience whether be room service or food or any other support required. Breakfast was Amazing!

Its a 2021 property..looks new and well kept. But lot of issues make the overall experience a little sour. Room 104 ground floor. Spacious rooms with functional furniture and a great spacious balcony. First floor has a better view. No refrigerator in the room. But the biggest down side was that there was no heating kettle in the room. Even on demand it was not provided. No iron box too. For 18 rooms they had one single iron ;). Balcony door kock was broken. No hot water in the wash basin..only in the shower. Wifi in the room is poor. Pool is small but good enough for a small gp. Nice seating areas, fountains and restaurant area. Overall 3 stars. Just a few small improvements in service could make it much better.
