Sapphire Premium Hotel & Suite

The property is quite good, offering a comfortable stay with a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The showers could benefit from better maintenance, and the door lock automatic system needs some attention to ensure a smoother guest experience.

Rooms need maintenance in terms of quality of mattress and pillows, for the price charged. And so does a bit of bathrooms. Hot water was available throughout. So that was good. Food quality, taste and ambience was quite nice and warm at their roof top restaurant. Courteous staff. Good service.

It's right next to Pune Bangalore Highway, so easily traceable. Giving 3 star for rooms as I saw small cockroaches in the room, hot water wasn't there and room needs maintenance if I compare the price of the room. Though Morning breakfast had limited options, the test was amazing. Hotel staff is very polite and supportive.

Very Disappointing Stay Poor experience at Hotel Sapphire. Staff was uncooperative and check-in formalities were unnecessarily rigid even though we arrived late and were exhausted. Service was slow, food was overpriced with very small portions. Definitely not worth the money--would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Experience This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The food was substandard -- the gravy tasted old and spoiled, and shortly after eating, we suffered from severe stomach issues. Shockingly, this was not the first time; we faced a similar issue during a previous visit. The service was equally poor, showing no regard for hygiene or customer satisfaction. I will definitely not be returning. A truly third-rate experience.

We used the banquet hall for our wedding! Yogesh, who handled the arrangements, was incredibly professional and helpful. We just relaxed and enjoyed the whole event. The food was delicious, the staff amazing, and the service superb!

Have always resorted to Sapphire to save the day. The veg steak sizzler has been my favourite since day 1. Like always today also the hospitality was warm and the staff looked into the service very nicely.

Restaurant is quite unprofessional, card machine not working, food has no salt , probably an older gravy , chapati is soaking wet and undercooked. And most importantly, the smoke and smell from the kitchen reaches the tables very quickly and evidently. It made quite a few customers cough and they had to relocate us to different tables. Overall quite unsatisfactory
