Hotel Sarthi International

Good place to stay, the below review is after I was ready to get disappointed due to the reviews I read. -Rooms were clean -Hotel was nice -Staff was polite -Got working taps and geyser -AC works good -Food was tasty -Tea was excellent -Working door locks What could have been better -Lift/Elevator wasn't working. -The tap was leaking, a simple repair would have saved water, money as well as negative reviews. -The floor seemed cleaned a long time ago not recently, maybe due to less customers. A simple mopping would have been better before allotment. -Could not provide soaps, just shampoo sachets when asked. -Door locks are very hard, need to use both thumbs to open the doors even the washroom. -They had no idea the room was missing landline, they seem shocked when I informed them about it. So had to contact reception via my cell phone which wasn't a trouble for me though.

I think only hotel options in Malkapur so don't expect too much from them, they won't give you towels and soap unless you insist and remind them, hotel management is not bothered for your comfort, geyser may or may not work, water was not available in the morning in many rooms, their own restaurant on 1st floor gave decent quality vegetarian food only, for Non-veg food go outside near the bus station. I won't recommend this hotel, but if you don't have the option it's the only one.

Very bad experience at hotel. Unclean bathroom. Constantly leaking water taps. TV or dish remote not working. A distinct bad unpleasant smell all over the floor. There was a geyser in the room, but no hot water at all. The hotel worker brought half a bucket of water and we finished our bath. When given the name International, one expects at least one thing to be good. When I asked the waiter about it, the reply was that the customer flow is low at the moment, and when complained to the manager, he advised me to speak to the owner directly. Even asked about car parking, park in an empty space somewhere, a simple answer from concern person? If you are booking the rooms for so called international hotel, it's your responsibility to provide minimum facilities to your customer. Not a perfect place to stay.

Very poor service only one waiter for whole hotel I ordered Tea but didn't serve it in 1 hr No phone in room for room service you have to use your mobile for ordering any thing

No other option available in Malkapur other than this. Need to improve a lot in all things.

Today I took the parcel for my home. There were 14 tandoori rotis in it which were completely burnt, such service is available here. There is 3rd class service and taste too.
