Hotel City Palace

I came here for office work from Gujarat Considering the hotel is at great location opposite bus stand I booked it as non veg is disallowed here and which was a positive for me,But when I checked in the experience was horrible Rooms full of dust, No dustbins in rooms, photos of property are misleading, no proper breakfast not even coffee is served, room full of big mosquitoes however owner immediately gave, incense sticks to deactivate mosquitoes movements. Owner is the biggest headache than the property, he walks in ur room without respecting ur privacy, Owner is very talkative and doesn't let you talk,keeps shouting at his staff too for his mistakes or property limitations. He is busy boosting about himself and his services which are below par, I think All reviews online are paid or of his friends family and not of geniune customers, before owner deletes this honest review please please stay away from this property and marketing tricks. Owner will tell you to book online but don't do that he gives single room at 500 also No breakfast but online they will charge you a hefty amount. If you come here for any work stay at Khamgaon as I didn't find any good hotel in Malkapur in my 7 days of stay. This hotel is a big no for family or business trip occupants but ok ok for solo traveller or someone who wants to waste his hard earned money

This hotel is a very useless hotel because going here means wasting money and you have to take tension after giving money I went here last time and the hotel manager Mr. Ashish ji gave me a room whose bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad although he had promised me that he would let me use the bathroom in the other room in the morning whereas when I said good morning I clearly said that the room in the hotel was full, I was very worried and had to leave the hotel without taking bath. I request all of you to not look at the hotel rating and first talk to the hotel nicely and then waste your money on the hotel

Very Good service, Room are very clean Non veg Ani alcohol are not allowed here Staff is well behaved and given good attention to every guest.

Cheap payment but hotel service is very well and all type of service available clean bathroom clean room and provide after bath moisturise oil tooth paste powder all type of equipment only on 6000

Very nice owner,as well as rooms are clean as compared to other Hotels,others have Bars and Nonveg restaurants

It is good Hotel which is well connected to market and easy to get bus and auto to travel to other place and the staff also good in nature and supportive i will highly recommend to stay at this hotel
