Capital O 29643 Etranger Resort

The name of the hotel is probably different in agoda! This place is very very solitary! It does have things like a swimming pool, a park for kids and good greenery but things like a proper bathroom door, any kind of network or wifi are missing. DON'T even expect to pay anything online here!!!!!! The road to this hotel is terrible too! Custom made food was good though.

Title: Disastrous Experience at Capital O 29643 Etranger Resort I recently had the misfortune of staying at Capital O 29643 Etranger Resort, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having a confirmed booking, the level of mismanagement and disregard for guests' well-being was appalling. Upon our late-night arrival at around 11:30 pm, there was no one present at the reception to assist us. The sheer negligence in having only two staff members to manage a supposedly large resort with 12 families was immediately evident. These two staff members were expected to serve as cooks, housekeeping, waiters, and more. Unsurprisingly, they were overwhelmed and unable to handle the demands of all the guests. The dire consequences of this lack of staffing became apparent when we discovered that there was no food available. The exhausted and multitasking staff could not manage to provide even the basic necessities for the guests. To make matters worse, some of the other guests expressed their frustration and even went as far as calling the owner. The owner, who was well aware of the ongoing chaos, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and responsibility. Despite being informed of the dire situation and the dissatisfaction of the guests, he callously refused to intervene or offer any solutions. His response, claiming to be aware of such incidents but unwilling to help or provide a refund, highlighted a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The distressing part was that among the guests were senior citizens who had come to the resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities and the utter failure of the resort's management left everyone hungry and disheartened. The hotel's remote location, devoid of any nearby food options or local establishments, only added to the sense of isolation and disappointment. In conclusion, my stay at Capital O 29643 Etranger Resort was a complete disaster. The management's negligence, insufficient staff, and the owner's indifference created an environment that was far from the relaxing retreat one would expect. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this resort unless they are prepared for an experience filled with frustration, hunger, and disappointment.

We group of 18 people have booked online for this resort (stay period 24-Dec-2017 and 25-Dec-2017) and was not aware about its condition. The worst experience I had over here. 1. Rooms - The dirty word is less for this. Washroom were pathetic, now locks to washroom, no water in washroom after 10PM. 2. Food - The quality and taste of the food is so average. It does not justify the cost we paid for it. 3. Staff - Staff was good, but stay and food is the worst part of this resort. 4. Reaching over their by road is itself is a big challenge. 5. Around 5KM circle you can not find anything like food, medicine or anything. 6. We booked 1 month prior, and the staff over there took charge of room cleaning after we reached there. Overall I strictly recommend not to visit this place.

Poorly managed hotel at beautifully placed hill station hotel. May be it is financially not viable for owner since it is situated 7 km away from Elora Caves. They have created nice property. Approach road was also not good. Very good road is under construction. Once road is ready, it may be a good place to stay in natural surrounding. If you have own car, it may be good place. Charges are reasonable. Do not expect high quality service. Rooms are OK.

Stayed here many times for recreation. Hotel is located at picturesque location of Mhaismal hill station. Rooms are spacious and clean. WC s need some maintainance though. Overall stay at this resort was comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and cordial. They respond to your queries quite speedily. Always ready to help. Food quality is good. All types of liquors available. Infact this is the only place around Ellora caves which has good collection of wines and which is legitimate. Every one visiting Mhaismal must visit this place for short stay and good food.

This place has a beautiful swimming pool but stinking pool toilets, unclean floors in the room, very less staff who try to manage everything but fail, food is average. If someone looks the place from outside they would not book it. They have a beautiful lawn but they don't have manpower to serve food there. Even the reception area isn't maintained properly. It's high time that the management steps in and rejevunate this property. Not recommended.

Please don't go here all review are fake and submitted by hotel management. Very pathetic place . Wifi not working Bad food Unhygienic room and washroom too Please don't be fool urself, we stayed here and spoil our weekend. Sweaming pool is just to see, it has dirty water and no one here to clean it. They are using semi broken cups and plates. I have photos to share. Bas ek simple sa suggestion deta hu mat jao. They have food price like 4 star hotel but quality is very bad. U don't have any option out sidr the hotel because hotel is located at very remote location.

Hotel location is good. Food is not Good and very costly. Geyser is not working well. Rooms are good. U can stay there but arrange your food anywhere. Staff is good but they have to manage good cook. food price should be less.
