Anand Resort - A Luxury Private Pool Resort in Nashik.

Rooms are very spacious but electric kettle was missing. Only sachets of tea coffee were there. Bathroom door was broken near the latch but it was shutting properly. Drawers on the side table did not have handles so practically useless. Swimming pool was not clean. We had ordered lunch there and it was not good. Breakfast was complimentary and was good to taste. It looks more like a resort which gets booked for ocassions or celebrations.

Anand resort is best in the vicinity, if you are searching for a place where you need relaxation, a cosy environment and peace, this is the place. Service here you get is prompt be it room service or at the dining/restaurant. Security is top notch which makes it the best place for the family or even the business travel. We visit Anand resort often to relax and when you are in need for an affordable break from your work to stress-out, this is it. I would recommend everyone reading out there, do visit this place if you need to relax or need a romantic couple stay.

Lets start with the good things. The place is easy to find, checkin was quick, the pool and the surroundings were clean, room was spacious with a big bathroom, room service was super prompt, and staff was eager and willing to assist with everything. We were in room 102. Now for the things that the management needs to focus and work on. The shower (if one could call it that) in room 102, could pierce a hole into your skin.... it was horrible. none of the buttons on the shower worked. The promises made while booking... that the Grand Family room, will have two pullouts that are comfortable for a person to sleep - were false. The pullouts are good for maybe an infant or a small child. No adult can possibly sleep on that. Don't commit on the things that you can't deliver. The "restaurant" where breakfast (very limited options) was served had cockroaches running on the table. Absolutely unacceptable. The reception expects the bill to be settled ahead of the stay - we've never heard of this. and room service bill had to be settled at night - could not wait until checkout. Ridiculous!!! Overall, not worth the money.

We stayed at Anand Resort for 3 nights and 4 days in the Paradise Suite, which includes access to a private swimming pool. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expectations set by the resort's pricing and claims.|The suite had multiple issues: the bathroom had leakages, no proper bath towels were provided, and instead of the promised bottled water, we were given a Milton water jug filled with stale, foul-smelling water. Upon requesting a room change, we were moved--but the problems persisted. The second room had a broken napkin holder, no hand shower, and we had to resort to using a bucket to bathe. There were no support rods in the pool area either, raising serious safety concerns.|We repeatedly asked for basic amenities such as body soap (which came in unlabelled bottles) and hot water, but even the basin lacked hot water. Despite several complaints to the manager, Mr. Sandeep, we were met with arrogance rather than concern. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, his response was dismissive--he even stated, "I was expecting it," which was shocking.|We also raised the issue with Namrata, who handles bookings. Initially, she assured us that compensation would be provided, and later sent an apology via message--but no compensation ever followed. Even their own policies were not upheld; their confirmation messages clearly mention bottled water will be provided, yet in reality, it's just a jug with questionable water quality.|For the amount being charged, the hospitality and service are completely unacceptable. We would not recommend this resort based on our experience.

It is kinda good. Also it has amenities like swimming pool, backyard behind the rooms, etc. it also has a geyser that we can adjust. Also the rooms had an antique lighting. The room was nice. Must try if you are going to trimbakeshwar.

The rooms and ambience was nicely maintained. We loved the rooms, resort ambience and lawns. It was quite a family only 31st night. However the hospitality was not that great. The food service and quality was not that great and very slow and confused staff. Seems like restaurant was rented out to third party. The complimentary breakfast was all fuss. There was dust all over the resturant with no option for breakfast. The checkout time was 10 am and the manager was after the quests to pack their bags sharp. This was dreadful.

Overall a good experience staying here. Location, cleanliness was great. Rooms are clean. They have good swimming pool for adults and a seperate pool for kids (below 3 years). They have restaurant also from where you can order in your room or have in restaurant.

Stayed here for a night on a whirlwind visit to Trimbakeshwar. They auto upgraded our room and made sure all our requests were addressed. Staff are very polite and service oriented. Though we could not use any of the facilities, they do appear impressive. Thank you to the Anand resort team for a good stay on a hectic road trip
